Bring your own phone

Use any unlocked or AT&T phone for this service. Monthly plans start at $20 a month. Don't want to renew after 30 days, don't pay to renew. Good for travelers to the USA, students and people with bad or no credit, excellent for anyone with friends or family overseas.

Horrible customer service.

Best Buy had decent reviews of H2O which made me want to try H2O. However, after reading reviews on consumer affairs I am approaching H2O with caution. H2O got only 1 star and the customer service is to blame. The cell service is good with no complaints. If you value customer service when issues happens, you may not want to try H2O.

Great option for phone and data services

But since I've been using this SIM card it's only been in the last 2 years that the data services are not as smooth to access as they were in the past. I have been a customer of H2O for about 8 years now.
