    H2O is a nightmare with the most incapable network and technology I have ever had the dissatisfaction of using. Their pay as you go service used to decent it you were looking to have an active sim in a secondary phone and wanted to top up for trips or other use, but that is no longer the case. Not only have they made that option far from reach, they intentionally have no method to display or keep track of your usage. So you will have no idea what your balance is, what your call/text/data usage is, or what you may or may not have left. Oh and don’t bother contacting them, I made that mistake thinking I lost my mind and couldn’t work their website. They sure did reassure me that no, I didn’t lose my mind and yes there is no way to view line usage and charges on their pay as you go accounts.
