Total product faiure- after 42 days
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first, I got the SIM CARD out of the box and the adapter that would make it fit the microSIM slot broke. Luckily, I was able to find an adapter for the nano size remainder. About 25 days into use, it began occasionally having trouble reading the SIM when I booted the phone. I would slide it in and out and it would pick up and register on the network. But the day before yesterday it just quit. I've spent hours trying to get it into position, but no luck. I've had AT&T SIM cards that outlasted phones, but this one couldn't last 1.5 months.

Number porting issue

H20 sucks with iPhones

In order to use MMS you have to jailbreak you iPhone in order to send MMS to non-iPhones. It voids your warranty if you jailbreak. I cancelled them and switched to AT&T gophone plan which works great and I did not need to jailbreak my iPhone at all.

And i have to call h20 customer support and had to activate by by own and pay another $10 for pay as you use plan. This is very ridiculous by BestBuy, who have not guided on activating it. Be ware to have this activated by them when you buy it. in h2o website you can buy a sim with activated or airtime pin for &10 as pay as you go.

FOR A WORLD WIDE MOBILE COMPANY- THEY close customer serv. 12-10am
