cheap monthly payment, but customers ervivce is lacking

No WiFi Calling. No GSM service. It was a poor decision when getting these sims and signing up with H2O and customer service did not care. After one week, I switched to USMobile because they had GSM T-mobile and Wifi Calling. I think H2O is just too new of a service and in no hurry to be one of the top services. I wanted Mint Mobile but they go in three months instead of monthly. So Mint is a whopping $45 at once. Too expensive for low income.

I bought it because I was having trouble with the internet in my phone. When I called the H2O, the customer service agent said this new SIM Card would help the quality of data I was getting in my phone. However i did not get any improvement regarding my data, I activated the SIM Card with my phone and there is no better reception or nothing.

I didn’t use it i feel not worth it Product i feel not good to buy it

The only drawback of H2O is that everymonth you need to renew , even if you willing to commit for a full year . And they give you reminders even if you don’t need them

It looks the SIM number listed on these expire after certain period of time (May be a year or so). You do not know until you call h20 Customer Service about it. I had to go back to the store and return it twice and still was not lucky. Gave up and went with AT&T.

Be careful if you plan to port existing number to H2O. If the port is stuck, you will end with a nightmare. The customer service is horrible without offering any help.

Very unreliable network, sometimes 3g sometimes 4G

Quality is worst when we call india, it works like voip call. there is huge noticable delay in voice transmission

I bought two sim cards to be used in unlocked phones under the belief that they could be used outside the US. I didn't read the label to see what limitations there were which affect the cards. When I contacted technical support, I found out that the cards cannot be used outside the US. It is possible that they will work well within the US and in accordance with their design.

Good connection with International calls and the sim was not having any problems

If you want at&t service don't use h2o. Use cricket instead.

I am unable to get the data connection to work. They just don’t seem to have any coverage for 5G. Dissatisfied

Right now non of the items work due to the router 4lg that i bought can't power up, it could Be the SD or the SIM card I don't know!
