This appliance must be supplied with 120V, 60 Hz, and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. For the best help, we recommend contacting our bestbuy.com customer service department at 1-888-237-8289, or call your local store. Hi there, and thanks for submitting your feedback. We hate to hear you were unhappy with the capacity, drying and look of the dishwasher, and have replaced it. This model does feature an energy-efficient Condensate Dry system, to allow condensation to form on the walls rather than the dishes and provide natural air drying. We do always strive to use quality materials and create a great look for our models, and also provide loading suggestions (available on page 9 of the manual, linked here: https://files.bbystatic.com/j9tdi1yqpkqAx1LgwezpJQ%3D%3D/C3DE13FE-C240-4B7E-A086-EF8119B213FA.pdf ) that may have been useful with loading your large plates if you still had the unit. As you have already replaced it, we will certainly still send your feedback to our team for future review; your insights are truly appreciated, as we always like to know what our consumers think of our models.
