    Damaged Goods

    I received this via a shipping company. The box was not damaged. The unit looked as if it was in a fight. All sides were dented in. I called the shipping company, they offered to send someone out to look at it even though the box was not damaged. When I called Best Buy, the gave me the run around and transferred me back to the shipper. I called today, a month later because the unit started automatically switching modes on its own. You unplug it and it just displays E1 on the display. If you leave it unplugged for 5 minutes, it starts working again. Best Buy said they could not replace it, they have no more in stock. Referred me to the Refurbish department. They, in turn, referred me to the manufacture, which tells me that they do not warranty refurbished equipment. Best Buy is giving me a refund since I am within my 30 days.
