I bought this item for my son and he loves it. It is well worth the money

Wonderful for getting out of the house and getting exercise and fresh air.

I purchased this hoverboard as a gift for my 14 year old son. He loves it. The hoverboard has safety light and is really strong so I feel safe about that. The battery is also safe because its ul-2272 certified which basically means it passed strict restrictions and safety test. It goes pretty fast but not like a bike so kids can have fun and not get hurt. This is first quality hoverboard I have seen, its made of strong metal and not cheap plastic with weight capacity of 260 so I'm guessing its also for adults.

Works great, better than other hoverboards on the market. Wheels are great for the yard.

I purchased this for my daughter because she loves hoverboards and I really wanted to get her the best one. Our neighbor has a Halo Rover and suggested we get this one because it's safety certified by UL and they have had few other brands before that didn't perform very well. I also went online and did some reading of my own and indeed found this to be the best one out there. We live in the suburbs so most of the concrete is not in the greatest shape, not only would she have to ride comfortably on concrete she would also need to ride over grassy areas. She learned the very same day and loves it very much. It came with a free hard carrying case that we have already used many times to easily carry the unit as we take it to parks and camping areas. Now it has been 2 weeks since the purchase and it has become very popular among our family members who also want one now. I back this very solid and reliable product and will purchase again in the near future.

I bought this for my son. I'm pretty sure I have used it more than him. After buying and destroying 2 of the standard hover boards, we decide it was time to upgrade to something more durable! The halo rover can handle all types of terrain.

Do not buy under any circumstances. Died after 1 month. Sent back and the company claimed water damage! Complete nonsense. They want 250$ plus to even start to fix this 700$ piece of junk. They do not stand behind their products!!! Buyer beware. Find another board and don't get burned like me. I now own a 700$ paperweight with about 4 hours of use on it. What a piece of junk.

As kids do, my son lost the charger. So we bought a new one directly from the company. It didn't charge the board, so I contacted Halo Board. They requested I send them both the charger and the board for inspection. They said the charger was bad and tried to bill me for a new one. They said it the defect was not "covered under warranty, so we must bill (me) for a new charger". So they won't refund my money, and won't provide me with a replacement. This is the customer support and quality control your $500 buys. Take heed and spend your hard-earned money on a different brand. It's not worth the premium price.

This scooter is great and not like one of the cheaper ones. This is well built, sturdy and a ton of fun. Lol
