Not as good as the original game. Good fun game though. Like the I got a copy of Halo wars 1 for Xbox One as well with the game.

Fun game good campaign and had a lot of fun. Worth getting if you liked command and conquer. Also has great cut scenes.

Three stars is not necessary bad, it is rated as average. Honestly, that's what this game is, an average RTS with no intricate or defining characteristics that set it apart from a generic RTS. I know this is a separate entitiy from the original Halo Wars, and I am not rating it lower because it isn't the same. Halo Wars had some defining characteristics in it, Covenet had leader units that had really powerful abilities, but the catch is, you have to get that unit close to the enemy, and it used resources. I HW2, that strategic depth is ripped out and replaced with leader abilities that are EXTREMELY BROKEN that you can use without any requirement outside of the upfront resource cost. This is the key element that knocks this down a star, in the current state, it is a pain when you build up an army and the enemy taps a button and LITERALLY DESROYS all of your army. The maps are a bit small to spread troops out so this makes it very annoying. It essentially turns into a game of spamming your leader ability to kill the enemy army. If they balance these abilities I could see it being better, but it's still a shame they took out the strategy involved with getting your leader close to the enemy to use these abilities. Side note that did not affect how I rated the game, There are now two different types of resources you must acquire to build units, instead of the traditional reactor + Supplies in the first. What was the point of this? It is inferior in my opinion.

Halo Wars is a neat RTS experience designed for a console. If you are looking for Starcraft, this is not your game.

I like the graphics, lots of fun , cool add on, bonus package is great and you get the first one, totally recommend it.

This is a great online multiplayer game the campaign is two player online and over all the campaign was just okay

If you like Halo you'll like this game. The ultimate version, complete with the season pass is best way to go

This is by far the best game in the series. It's fast paced, multiplayer friendly and BLITZ is AMAZING!!
