AutoShut off sometimes doesn't kick in

Fast boiling water

Not happy that I am already seeing rust spots inside the carafe on the metal bottom. Not sure why they didn't make it out of rust free material. Use it mostly in office, so doesn't get a whole lot of use.

1.7L Hamilton Beach kettle is reliable

Great Hot Water Kettle

Not worth the money spent.

Purchased this one online after comparing high-end and lower priced kettles. In less then a month I noticed the metal plate inside the pot started to rust. Returned it immediately. The water got hot but not as hot as my 20.00 kettle. The handle is cheap plastic and feels like it would break when it was full. Easy return made at the store even though I purchased it online. Save your money don't buy this hot water kettle.

A decent product, but fragile

Very cheaply made
