I received the item in nice packing. It was delivered on time. I am finding the processor very useful for our kitchen needs and it is easy to clean. Blades are powerful for cutting and blending.

First off- this was my very first food processor so I had high expectations with a relatively low budget.... It shreds food, as promised. And the scraper attachment works. Cleaning it is about what I expected- not too hard but not super easy either. As far as the blades. I have had the same results no matter what blade I use, I end up with mush. I take full responsibility for this as I think I was shredding for too long. As I said, my first food processor and I'm still learning.

I wasn't sure how powerful or durable it would be when I first picked it up because of it's light weigh. It is very easy to use, does a very good job and seems to be very well made. I am very pleased with my choice.

Very lightweight but covered all the bases. Like the price and processor delivers on needs in the kitchen. Worked great and make kitchen prep easy. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good processor but doesn't want to invest a lot of money.

This was the first new Food Processor that I have bought in 10 years, and I do not regret it. It made fast work of the chopping I use Food Processors for, and was quieter than a lot I have seen in operation. And the side scrapers are just an extra bonus.

I purchased this product not knowing if it would be any good. But upon using it, I find it easy to use and clean. I love my new food processor!

I needed a little bigger food processor and the added scraper was a bonus.

I love the size of this product. The only think I a problem with is putting the top on. It does not go on properly. You have to put on in the correct way in order to turn the product on and it is not easy, but it very well could be user error. LOL

I've only had one food processor - and that was an old hand-me-down that was so heavy I had trouble lifting it. This Hamilton Beach processor is light weight and had more power than the old one. Best of all, it's super easy to clean! The second time I used this, the plastic knob broke. I emailed Hamilton Beach who was extremely helpful in getting a replacement. I especially love the bowl scraper that you manually turn to help bring food stuck to the sides of the bowl back down into the mix.

This is a perfect food processor for cooking for 2 to 4 people. Is not too loud and is pretty easy to cleanup.

Seems to be durable and easy to use food processor. My previous processor started breaking up almost right away (plastic pieces), and this one looks better built. Hopefully will last a long time.

This is my fault, but I underestimated how big 10 cups is - this thing is CHONKY. Made it hard to find a place to store it, but I love the size and it's so easy to process large quantities of stuff. Super easy to clean

I have owned more expensive food processors. The Hamilton Beach works just as well, for a lot less money. Very happy with my new food processor.

This midsize food processor is great for general food processing needs, and includes a slicing, shredding, and a blade to puree.

Have used a couple of times now. Chops well and easy to use. I am not disappointed.

It’s a good processor with a a large capacity. So far, I’ve made hummus in it and it did a good job puréeing the canned chick peas. It’s a good price.

Just what I was looking for. This thing can do everything. Made mashed potatoes with it recently. Best ever.
