Replace an old Mr. Coffee. This one is easy to use. I like that it has the removable water reservoir. The coffee is hot and smells good. It helps that best buy offered free delivery.

Makes great tasting coffee. The location of the filter basket in the front makes it easy to fill with coffee. Our other coffeemaker basket was in the back by the water fill area and my husband seemed to manage getting coffee in areas other than the basket! I love the pour spout on the pot - no dribbles or spillage when pouring! Buy it, you wont' be disappointed.

I never write reviews, but this coffee maker is great. I may actually be a qualified coffee pot reviewer since I purchased three different units before I ordered the Hamilton Beach. What did we want in a coffee maker? Well my wife and I love coffee in bed so this is our wish list. 1. Programmable, (easily programmable) so we could use it as an alarm clock and wake up to coffee. Wife brings me coffee Mon through Fri, I bring her coffee on the weekend. 2 We both love our coffee hot. The unit actually has a temperature control that keeps the coffee warm at the desired temperature. Love it. 3 It has a bright clear digital display, none of that black on gray stuff. Come on we haven't had coffee yet how can we see that faint gray in the calming darkness of the bedroom? 4 It has a removable water tank, so we can take it to the sink to fill. This seemed important when every other coffee maker was filled from the coffee pot which inevitably dribbled water all over. Also the opening into which you pour the water is huge. 5 Even better this coffee pot has a plastic pour rim at the top of the pot that does not dribble. I never even bother to take the tank to the sink. 6 It has an auto shut off feature. After two hours it turns itself off which is great for people who now jump out of bed fully wired ready to take on their day and forget the pot is on. 7 You can vary the strength of the brew. 8 It has two sizes of brew options, a four cup and all others. 9 It has a relatively small footprint 10 The coffee filter basket is removable, so brewed coffee grounds go right to the trash. 11 The pot, the filter basket and the base all sort of interlock, so you know that every part is in alignment. This from a guy who did not quite get the old coffee pot under the drip basket and managed to brew a full pot of coffee on the floor. 12 The displays leave no doubt that you have turned on the programming feature or that the coffee pot is on. Which leads to my only improvement wish.... I am sure that Hamilton Beach thought they were building a coffee pot not an alarm clock for my bedroom. If I could have one more feature it would be an ability to dim the digital display and the on and programming lights at night. Boy is that petty!

We love this coffee maker. The removable water reservoir is such a handy feature and my husband loves how easy it is to program for delayed brewing. The adjustable pot temperature is great! We like ours really hot--and this does the job! Looks great on the countertop and has a nice profile. We are VERY happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

Great coffee maker. It does what it's supposed to and does it well. It has not leaked!! The water tank is in the back and is easy to fill. It looks great too and it's simple square-ish shape fits well on the counter.

This thing makes a great pot of coffee. Simple to program. In all, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This coffe maker is well designed with swing out coffe basket and removable fill tank,Rolls easy with little wheels. The brew taste is cafe quality and brew srength feature is great to brew a great cup with a little less coffe on bold setting.

It took longer to receive the package than expected: 10 days. The coffeemaker had some annoying features. The caraff was too tall to fit under my faucet, and the brewing basket was a little too short to accept the filter paper, and I had to either scrunch the bottom of the filter, or use scissors to trim it down to size. I returned it to the store. Best Buy staff handled the return very professionally and competently. I was very pleased with their no-hassle attitude.

We've had this coffee maker for around two months. It replaced a 5 yr old Mr. Coffee that worked all right up until the carafe broke and it was almost cheaper to replace the whole machine with a brand new one than just the carafe. We brew a couple pots of coffee every day and this makes excellent hot coffee. Coffee basket has a push button on it that I was a little concerned about but after a couple months it seems pretty solid. Our old coffee carafe would drip alot when we poured a cup of coffee and this thing is difficult to make it drip or spill where you don't want it to. Very nice coffee pot for the money and it looks good also.

So far this is a great coffee maker. I like the different temperature settings as I will go hot then cooler to keep from burning the coffee. The brew settings are cool too. The regular setting I use on stronger coffee and it brews pretty fast. I will say the bold setting takes a lot longer as it trickles water for stronger taste. If you don't mind that it's a cool feature. I saw other reviews in various places that said the front plate came off and it's probably from the design of the filter door being right in the mix but on mine there is a steam vent on the top to allow it to escape and not build up. Perhaps that was after the fact, time will tell on mine. It makes a great cup of joe and yes it helps to buy good coffee. Overall I like this maker and I suggest the 2 year geek squad replacement. Heck, in 2 years for a coffee maker to replace is a small price to pay.

Carafe doesn't leak. Easy to clean. A little bit slow in brewing but worth the wait.

I bought this coffee maker based on its style and other reviews. I was not disappointed. I really like removable tank, so much easier to fill than other coffee makers. I also use the bold feature. It makes a stronger cup of coffee without using more coffee. I recommend this product.

Originally purchased thinking the water bin would eliminate the need to remove the pot every time. I realized when we got it that I still need to empty and rinse the pot as well as fill the water bin, so I really didn't save any time in making coffee. At least it is working great and the coffee is good.

I like the settings on the front for regular, 1-4 cups, bold. I like t he swing out basket and removable water fill. Auto shut off Makes good coffee and keeps it warmer

I wanted something programmable for my morning coffee, and this one has done the trick well. Just fill with water & coffee the night before, set the programmable timer for 7am, and voila, coffee when I wake up. Can even smell it upstairs, which is great. No issues yet, so worth the purchase!

I've had it a couple of months now and truly enjoy this coffee maker. Keeps coffee hot very easy to use where ever you put it.

I am very satisfied with this coffee maker. It is no drip, coffee can be poured before brewing is completed and it has some nice options (Bold brewing for stronger coffee and a 1-4 cup option).
