After each brewing cycle, I have it on the warming cycle for 2 hours. During this time, it sounds like it's boiling my coffee and it persists the whole 2 hour cycle. I contacted the Hamilton Beach company customer service and was told that it's due too the two plates meshing so closely together. They told me to take a tablespoon and rap it on the plate of the coffee holder. The only thing I can take out of this, is, I'm mushrooming the metal plate. IF YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS AN ISSUE, WHY DOESN'T THE MANUFACTURE TAKE CARE OF THIS ??????? Doesn't make since that you wait for a customer too complain so you can give them this kind of remidy. NOT RIGHT !

Doesn't keep coffee as warm as I think it should. Nice otherwise I like the one cup at a time without the glass carafe. Would buy again

We love it. Easy clean up. The settings are super easy. Breaks apart quick. Brews fast and hot. I love there's no glass pot.

It is exactly what I ordered. I love the portable water reservoir! My only hope is that the drip seal holds for a long, long time!

I love this coffee maker! You fill up the side water reserve and it makes the coffee in its own tank in the back - no need for a glass carafe! You can program it, warm up coffee you made before and make different brew strengths! Seriously LOVE this BrewStation!

I had an older version of this product which lasted for at least 10 years. This was a nice improvement. I enjoy the option of making the coffee bold or only 3 to 4 cups. Also, the iced coffee option is a nice plus but I haven't tried that yet. The only negative I have found so far is the lid on the water tank is flimsy, doesn't close securely so you have to be careful when you have filled it up for the full pot. Otherwise, I would recommend it to anyone.

Purchased this unit as a replacement for an older model which had developed leaks in the coffee carafe...benefit of this model was the removable water reservoir which makes the brewing process easier...however, the heating element on this unit does not work as well, the coffee has a burnt flavor and does not stay as hot which is a problem for a multi-cup coffeemaker...will use only when coffee will be used quickly...trying to fix my older model

This is the second one I’ve had. I like not having a pot since it’s at work with a concrete floor. The coffee maker works good but they don’t last more than a few years. Mine arrived slightly damaged which was Best Buy’s fault for not packaging it. Instead they just shipped it in the manufacturer’s box. Those aren’t designed to withstand shipping.

Makes good coffee, wish it keep it warmer longer. Easy to use.

This coffeemaker is awesome! Brews quickly. Tastes great. Convenient and easy. I wasn't sure how I would like the idea of not having a coffee pot to pour from, but it is great! I love it! So easy. Have already purchased another one for the BF.

Love this coffee pot, it's my third one, just wish it would do a 6 Hour warmer......

This is our sixth no-pot coffee maker. Over the years, we have worn out five. They always work fantastic, the reason we always buy this type. They are Great!

I had a Hamilton Beach coffee maker for about 8 years that finally died. I immediately decided to purchase a similar version to what I previously had since it worked. This was the closest model to my old one except this one didn’t include a coffee holder. Overall it does the job. The plastic does get into the coffee flavor at time so keep that in mind.

Good quality coffee maker with heated brewed coffee reservoir. It works well for those places where you don't really need (or want) a carafe and prefer the flexibility of pour on demand. No major issues, with the possible exception of the need to clean the reservoir daily before the next use. The heating plate may overheat and 'cook' coffee onto itself if left on with a low volume of coffee, so you do encounter some of the same problems with coffee pots that have been left on too long. All in all a good buy that suits our needs.

This is our 3rd Hamilton Beach (no carafe) coffeemaker and we love it, it keeps the coffee nice and hot and there is no carafe to wash or break.
