The process was painless and the delivery was speedy.

It works fine. I just don’t like the fact that you can’t see how many cups of water you poured in.

I returned this because it kept blowing fuses. No matter where I plugged it in, this percolator blew a fuse.

This percolator is a terrible product. Do not waste your money. It worked twice. After that, it only heated the water. I didn't buy the warranty so I payed over 40 dollars for 24 oz. of coffee.

I replaced my Faberware percolator with one of these after the Faberware finally gave out after 8 years of daily use. Whilst it brews a reasonable coffee (and cost 1/2 the price of the unit it replaced), that cheaper cost comes with a few niggles that are worth mentioning. Whilst I mention these flaws, I still use it for my everyday fix, with no real intention of replacing it (at least until stops working). The lid does not fit securely, so that when you pour the last bit of coffee out of the unit, you spill coffee from the lid. Something about the design (presumably the keep-hot feature) means that when poured the coffee is just slightly too hot, leading to more bitterness in the brew than needed. There is no on-off switch - you have to unplug the unit from the power cable to turn it off. This will no doubt lead to wear and tear on the AC contacts over time (at least for daily use as in my case). You have to take care to make sure that the percolator stem is fitted correctly into its receptacle in the unit - otherwise you just end up with a kettle filled with almost-boiling water. You then have to cool the unit down with lots of cold water before attempting to re-brew. I've had this happen 4 times in the last 6 months with this unit - it never happened once with the more expensive Faberware in 8 years.

I like this product, makes great coffee, at first when i used it I only had regular coffee beans and no problems with that. I wanted to get peculator beans but since this is working better for me, spent less on the beans. I wanna say it takes about 15 min to make full 12 cups and it stays hot because it dont shut off unless u unplug it. The plug is like a regular PC plug, so if you need a linger cable you can get it cheap somewhere. Other than that I love it.

I have returned to using percolators for the last 3 years. I bought them at estate sales and used them until they wore out. I didn't realize how weak my last one was until I plugged this pot in. When I poured my first cup, a rich brown brew flowed into my mug and it smelled heavenly. I added some caramel creamer and enjoyed a truly mellow java experience. If you like hot delicious coffee, buy this percolator. It's a great bargain.

I bought this to replace one that I had for three years, love it, makes a great pot of coffee and keeps it hot!

Makes a delicious and super hot cup of coffee. With a wrap filter, I've been able to brew fine ground coffee like Bustelo with no sediment getting into my cup.

After trying several "Mr.Coffee" types of coffee makers and having them "die" within 6-12 months we decided to try and old fashioned percolater. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my partner and we LOVE IT !!! Highly recommended !!!!
