As I removed it from the box, pieces of plastic fell to the floor. The base and housing were cracked and broken. I had ordered it online. I returned it to the store for a full refund. That process went smooth,thankfully. I was very disappointed in the quality but extremely pleased in the service and ease of return. I would recommend spending a little more to get a better quality mixer made of die-cast metal.

I found out that they had not even used it yet. It was like screws were missing. I was very disapointed.
