EXCELLENT! I absolutely love it and it is easy to use. We've cooked chicken breasts, crab legs, and boiled eggs in this steamer. The food has been absolutely delicious and flavorful. The eggs peeled very easily. I was able to properly peel 58 out of 60 eggs with this. It is also very easy to clean. I have been raving to family and friends about this. This is definitely a MUST. You will not regret it.

I've only used it a couple times but my husband and I love it! I also recommend keeping jugs of filtered water around to use in it because generally, tap water is hard (or close enough) that it will leave a buildup on the burner thingy even after the first use! After I used the filtered water, no white stuff buildup :) Two other pieces of advice, do not stuff the thing full, leave space around the bits of food for steam to get to the next level and also, after washable parts have cooled, soak in soapy water! It will seriously help get the food off the hard to scrub bits (allll the holes!!!)... Good luck!

This replaces our old unit, that finally gave out after 20 years. The two steaming chambers nest for compact storage and stack if you need to volume for steaming. The bottoms come out, so you can have one large chamber or two smaller ones. I would certainly recommend this if you are looking for a steamer.

This was easy to put together and easy to use. I steamed Salmon with veggies and everything came out delicious. It took no time at all

I've never had a steamer before so I have nothing to compare it to. But it steams and I like it.

Do not waste your money on this steamer! This is the worst steamer we have had in 30 years. The steamer housing gets moisture inside. The base retains food smell after a few uses. It leaks all over the counter. The plastic for the food bin and top is thin and. feels flimsy. The most expensive steamer we have every bought is the absolute worst! We will be throwing this out after less than 2 years.

I have no disappointment in buying this it. It's right on the money. I like it so much so that I am thinking of buying more again to make as gift to couples of friends. It's Soo easy to use. Soo user friendly.

Woks great for rice, vegetables and fish! Great deal!

I love to be able to set the timer and place water in the pan and walk away until it is completely done. Food is complete in a little less time than usual. The steamed taste is great.

Before buying this product I read some good & not good reviews, but I convinced myself to buy one so I can experience the product & I did not regret it becuase the moment I had it, I love and enjoy cooking my foods. It cooked so fast for my broccoli & sparagus . I tried once salmon fish & it's ok too. Just watch it while cooking it. It is also easy to clean .

Easy to set and use leaks a bit but that's to be expected

It’s very light weight. So handle with care. But it does a good job. The trays are not dish washer safe. Only the water reservoir and drip tray is dish washer safe. I used only once. Not bad for such inexpensive price.

Loaded up both chambers with different density of veggies and they were ready to serve soon enough and my guests were satisfied.

Smaller than what I expected but I still woukd recommend the item to people.

Excellet steam pot cooks food very thoroughly and have the food tasting delicious when done.

I steamed salmon and veggies and it was super easy to use and clean. The salmon was cooked perfectly in 20 min! I tend to over bake salmon so this is wonderful for fish. I also love that it has two decks. I tried to steam artichoke, but it took way too long (more than an hour). It only has a timer for 20 min, I wish it had a timer for longer.
