I love not having a pot to clean. Still working out the measurements of water to coffee ratio. I ordered the reusable filter and love it. Down side is major to me I can not fill the water canister and pick a cup size I want made. It uses whatever water is in canister so you need to fill to what you are using And it needs to be set up against something, it slides as dispensing..Price is worth it though.

This is my second Hamilton Beach BrewStation. Pros : It's programmable, has a clock, keeps coffee hot Cons: This newest coffee maker says CLEAN will appear every 30 cycles and it seems that the cycles include the clean cycles within that count; therefore, you don't actually get 30 cycles of coffee making.

Love this coffee pot. Easy to use. I love the removable water tank. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely buy again.

We have had this for about a month and love it. It seems that all of the carafe style makers can't pour without dripping. Plus the fact that the coffee tastes bad after time. This machine works great. I just wish it had a little lite that turned on when you dispensed coffee. When using dark mugs, its hard to tell when they are full.

My husband loves this BrewStation. Makes a grreat cup of coffee and is easy to clean.

This is my 3rd Brew Station however I'm not exactly pleased with the changes. What I don't like about it is it keeps leaning to the left when you are trying to pour a cup of coffee. Also when you fill it to the max for 12 cups, you're lucky if you get 5 actual cups!! Now granted I'm using larger mugs but when you're planning serving amounts, I get short changed every time. Otherwise I like the product. It makes good coffee (Dunkin's of course!)

I picked this coffee maker for its ease of use. No carafe to worry about breaking and cleaning. I absolutely love it. I like the iced coffee feature too, I drink a ton of it in the summertime. The coffee doesnt get a burnt taste either. It was an excellent choice for me.

Not really what we wanted, but it works ok. We would get something better in the future.

I have had this coffee maker now for 2 months and he works great as advertised. It makes drinking coffee enjoyable. The only negative things I do not like about it is that the coffee needs to sit in canister for at least 10 min to really get hot. Solution is to put on timmer so when you wake up it's been sitting for a while. bold mode is my favorite coffee becomes muck more rich. I also thought the coffee maker feels a bit cheap, but time should tell.

I have the Hamilton Beach - BrewStation 12-Cup Coffeemaker - Black.Before purchasing this one,I had the one with the silver.This is a no mess,no fuss unit that I highly recommend.I only wish that when raising the lid to clean it is that the water condensation does not drip down inside by the warmers.No carafe is needed or wanted by us.I love the fact that you just sit your cup under it while pressing against the release to get the desired amount you need. 4 hours of keeping my coffee hot is perfect.

this is my second one. The first one we had to fill the back of the maker with water. This one has a removable tank to put under the faucet. We just love it. Can keep coffee warm for 4 hours!

I love that this coffee maker can do both hot and iced coffee. It is easy to take apart and clean. I am not sure how durable it will be given that it is made mostly of plastic. I have had it for a month now and couldn't live without it.

The settings are easy to do. The lift off and fill tank are great and easy to put on and off. I like the flat bottom filters. Easy to fill. The dispenser makes it fast and easy to get that first cup in the morning. No mess!

This is the 3rd Coffee maker of this style and brand. Only problem is that after 4or 5 years is the filter at the pouring spout becomes clogged. I keep replacing it with the same kind as all other features are outstanding.

First, there is no carafe, so no cleaning nasty carafes. Second, instead of only one cup at a time, you have a whole 2-12 cups, depending on how much water you put in. Just put your cup at the button & fill. Also, you can pre-program when it will brew, and whether you want it to stay on 2 or 3 hours. There is simply no reason not to buy this convenient, awesome coffee maker!! You'll never go back to one with a carafe.

Great coffee maker, this is the second coffee maker I buy, the first one my mom felt in love with it as soon as she saw it... is practical and so easy to use.. I bought the second one since I had to give mine to her.
