However, it wasn't programmable, didn't hold as much coffee and wouldn't accomodate our "to go" coffee mugs. So, my husband returned the smaller model and got this one and we love it! The look is black and stainless steel with a blue light digital display. It matches perfectly in our home and suits our family of three just right!

I am talking with Hamilton beach about the issue. We had no trouble with the first one we owned. I wish I could just return it. But they do not want me to do that. Hope it works out. We use it daily

The water does not heat up to the coffee. I bought another one with the water reservoir on the side and it works. It took so long in Best Buy to get it so bought in another store
