I bought this for my mom for her anniversary. She had complained about the old toaster for a couple months and she had mentioned that she wanted one that can toast bagels and is easy to clean. She is so thrilled with the toaster. It toasts well. I've used it. She showed me how easy it is for her to clean. She's very happy.

For my family of 7, we needed an upgrade for our morning. We got it with our Hamilton Beach Toaster. From Bagels to Toast, we don't miss a step during our morning routine.

Two years later this toaster is still going strong. Consistent toasting on all four slots. Like the size, like being able to cancel when I want. Large enough to fit bagels, bread, waffles, etc. Haven't had a problem in two years.

Great toaster! Love that it has 4 wide slots to insert thick bagels without it getting stuck in the toaster. Its great for slim english muffins, it has a cool function that allows the toast to literally pop up/out from toaster, to facilitate grasping smaller slices. I love this toaster. I bought another for my mother.

Great for families on the go. And you can individualize each setting. Have had it for a little over a month and it works great.

This toaster is great for running a small kitchen. You can put the bread/bagels in frozen & they turn out great.

I already have one and ordered this one for my RV. The trays on the bottom are the best thing, so easy to pull out and empty the crumbs.

Especially with a big family. I love the defrost option. My only con about it is that I wish it had a crumb catcher.

I am very happy with this purchase. The toaster works great and has more than enough settings to make your toast, bagel, or muffin exactly the way you want it. I just hope it doesn’t come alive with artificial intelligence and take over the world. (Just wanted to see if you were still reading)

This toaster is amazing. I love bagels in the morning, along with the rest of the household. Being able to cook 4 at once is great! Temperatures are easy to figure out as well.
