It is not good for Vic family not even 3 person. Only good for two people. I bought this because my family member is four. So it didn't help me to solve my problem. Rest of features are good, no complain

Good product overall

The most I've made so far was 4 cups and it's pretty much full. Pros: the delay start function and the stay warm function. Cons: not true 14 cup capacity.

A great purchase

It is everything I could want, quiet, keeps water & steam self contained, is easy to use, versatile to steam food, larger for several cups of rice, and cooked perfect brown rice. Highly recommended over less expensive models.
