Sold a Returned Product as New

The box was clearly opened, resealed with multiple pieces of tape, and had a sticker labeled “return” on it. When I questioned the salesman at pickup, he denied it was a return — which was clearly not true. I paid for a new product, not a previously returned one. This kind of deceptive practice has completely eroded my trust in Best Buy. Selling returned items as new is unacceptable, and I will think twice before shopping here again.

Damaged box

Do not recommend.

Would not buy this product

I tried several times using the button, to no avail. Also, the iron is heavy, making my arm tired after only a few items. I returned it to the store.
