Our last Iron kept turning itself off. So we finally took the step and got this iron after doing some research and reading reviews. The iron was a great price and had all the features we were looking for. The cord retractor is a nice feature to help keep the cord organized when we have the iron put away. We would buy this iron again, then we finally wear it out.

I love my nonstick iron and it is very easy to use.

When I unboxed this iron, I was surprised at how much larger it is than my old one. However, it does not weigh me down and I adjusted within two uses; I no longer notice the size nor weight difference. It irons soooo nicely! I gave 4 stars because it takes the "preheat" so long. Oh, and I love the steamjets.

This Iron is what I needed and on time. I enjoy the technology as well as the retractable cord with this iron.

The screen on the iron is a very nice feature but the iron can be heavy sometimes and has a weird hold to it.

Even though my iron is damaged at this time, my ironing has decreased alot.

The things I like about this iron is the retractable cord. It's always nice not to have a cord laying around. This other thing is the weight of the iron. I think the extra weight helps with getting the wrinkles out. I use distilled water with this too, to prolong its life. No issues here.

This iron works great! The price is a steal, must buy!

I recently purchased a press from Best Buy and was shocked when I picked it up. The box was clearly opened, resealed with multiple pieces of tape, and had a sticker labeled “return” on it. When I questioned the salesman at pickup, he denied it was a return — which was clearly not true. I paid for a new product, not a previously returned one. This kind of deceptive practice has completely eroded my trust in Best Buy. Selling returned items as new is unacceptable, and I will think twice before shopping here again.

Works really well, but be aware that it does have some weight to it.

The iron was shipped in its own packaging and the box looked like it had been through hell. Opened it and there were water marks on it and the cord was not completely coiled. Very disappointed.

This a really nice iron that works really well. My only issue is the cord has to be almost perfectly straight or it will not retract correctly.

I love the features of this iron and it was a great price.
