    Not only was there delay after delay after delay, but when the uron arrives it was in a dusty damaged box that was taped together and barely standing upright. Do not recommend.

    The first time I used the iron, the cord wouldn't rewind. I tried several times using the button, to no avail. Also, the iron is heavy, making my arm tired after only a few items. I returned it to the store.
