Great option if you want single cup or full pot flexibility. The included single cup accessory fits just under two tablespoons and brews a good result. Price point was a bit high, but I’m happy with it.

I use it daily and it always brews a good cup of coffee. I wish the carafe was a stainless steel one instead of glass cause I’m Leary of it slipping threw my hands when I wash it out. Overall, I do like this coffee maker very much. The price was great.

Certain design elements are better than the cuisines I had before it. The only downside I can see is that it is single serve reservoir for the k cup section. I found that out the hard way when it overflowed! Coffee tastes great and does the job.

Works pretty darn good. I like the LCD panel and the ability to use k-cups or grounds for the single serve. The large caraf pours real good and doesn’t make a mess by dribbling. I had to buy a filter basket separately, it would have been nice if it came with one.

This product is a great way to satisfy the needs of different people at the same time. It produces up to 12 cups of black coffee, or a single cup for on-the-go drinks. The versatility is tremendous and we all love this coffee maker.

I love the single cup brewer, especially the basket where you can add your own ground coffee into the reusable basket or just use k cups when in a rush. it is nice having the option for a full pot when people are visiting. Easy to use and programing is straightforward

Whether you need a whole pot or just one cup, this is the coffee maker you want. Bought this as a gift for my parents and they love it! They rushed out and bought a variety of k cups to enjoy. We even have hot chocolate cups for the grand kids

We needed a new coffee maker and decided on this unit. We love the ability to set a timer so it is ready to go in the morning and also the ability to use K cups! Simple to use and it's a great addition to our kitchen!

Good coffee maker, makes coffee fast and has two brew settings, strong and bold or regular. Also has a clock and automatic timer to program it to auto brew your coffee at a specific time.

great coffee maker for the individual or the family. Works great on the programmable brew mode for coffee wake up. Also if you just want a cup it works for that too. Biggest issue is the single serve cup is very tough to close when you have a K-cup style pod in it.

Really good in a number of ways . . . the combination of a 12-cup coffee brew with a single-cup brew is convenient, 12 cups brew in less than 15 minutes and the pouring spout on the carafe is non-drip . . . nice!

A real bargain when you have an option to have coffee prepared two different ways.

We really enjoy having the option of brewing a full pot or using the single serve. The only drawback that we have found is that filling the full pot reservoir is difficult when using the coffee pot because the lid only opens to 90 degrees.

I was looking to replace my coffee maker and wanted to get one that could do both a full pot and use the k-cups. This coffee maker works so well, easy to program. My kids are easily able to make hot chocolate with k-cup function.

I had the previous model where the water container was shared with K-Cup and Pot with a switch between the two. Now this model has separated the water containers and each option has its on brew button. This model also has a pump to push the water instead of a suction which would get weak and not use all the water leaving it in the container. the K-cap water tube that punctures the cup would get clogged. I haven't had this one that long to experience that issue so not sure if that has improved. It is an all around improvement so far.

I don’t often need to make a full pot of coffee, but it's very nice to have the option to brew full pots and K Cups with the same machine. Handles K Cups flawlessly, and the K Cup replacement device for brewing single cups of coffee is less messy than the device that came with our old Keurig machine Having to add fresh water for each K cup as you brew is only a minor annoyance, and the water is fresh for each cup. Since my wife and I have different preferences for brew strength, it's nice to have the BOLD option. The price was excellent. More features than a Keurig machine for considerably less money.

This coffee maker has worked flawlessly since the first day of use. The brew strength is great and the coffee is always hot. It does take up a lot of space on a counter top, but the many features and performance more than make up for that.

I like to brew by the carafe; my son brews by the tumbler to take to work.
