So far so good. We had to replace the previous Hamilton Beach 2-Way FlexBrew Coffee Maker with this one-& glad we had the 2-year warranty. To date, it’s working fine, coffee is tasty as it should be & the single-cup option works great with no issues, no spillage, etc. As always, keep in mind, do a cycle with vinegar & water of course, for buildup removal. Thank you Best Buy.

Love the fact that I can choose between a pot of coffee or a single cup with the Flexbrew. Reasonably priced for an amazing product!

This product serves its purpose well, with ease to set up, operate and use plus best of all- its reasonable price.

I haven't had it long and still in the learning curve, but am pleased with it. We got this because K-cups were getting so expensive and we are trying to cut down our intake. But we still can use the Kuerig function when in a hurry. So it is almost perfect.

This product is the best of both worlds... brew a single cup or a whole pot... it is so easy to use & looks great as well !!

I love my new coffee maker! The convenience of the double feature, whether I want a full pot of coffee, or just a single cup-- even my travel cups makes it totally worth the money! My 12 year old makes the coffee some mornings & its not difficult to use! So glad I got this one & at a great price for a dual coffee maker!

It was very easy to set up and to operate. Really like the capability to make a pot or just a mug full. Great taste out of either side. Like being able to program brew times for a pot. Just Prime the coffee maker, set the program time and turn the program on so th a coffee brews and is ready in a few minutes of when you want it. My second dual use Hamilton Beach coffee maker. Last one lasted about 10 years. Thanks

The coffee maker is good--Positives are that it makes both kinds of coffee & doesn't take up as much room on my kitchen counter; brewed with grounds and K-cups. The down side is that it is much more noisy when brewing than other makers I've had; also it is much slower to brew than the Keurig maker I had. Overall it works well. As for Best Buy, it was easy to order, they kept me updated on the product arrival & curb-side pick up was a breeze!

I would recommend this coffee maker to everyone easy to used/reliable/brews perfect coffee/tea/hot chocklate.

We were looking for a dual function coffeemaker to brew (single k-cups and carafe) and this seemed to be the right choice from both price and functionality standpoint. We have it for over 6 months now and we love it. Nice looking, no issues or design flaws that we could identify thus far. Both functions work great.

This coffee maker is really nice. You have the luxury of making one cup or a full pot. Reasonably priced.

This is hands down the best duel coffee maker ever. You can program it for large cups, use lose coffee for single cups or K-cups. It’s rhe best of all the coffee worlds rolled into one. A little bulky but still a good purchase.

My son is enjoying it. I have been to his house. He finds it easy to use. Makes good coffee.
