I love the option to brew a whole pot or just a cup in one appliance instead of having two taking up counter space. The first couple of pots did have a little bit of a plastic taste to it but after running it a few times, the coffee tastes like it's supposed to.

Whether you need just a single cup or a whole pot, the FlexBrew gives you a great cup of coffee. So far, we've found it very easy to use. We haven't tried a K-Cup yet, but using the single-serve coffee basket has produced great singles. Like most people, my biggest (and for me, only) dislike is that the pot warmer comes on even when you brew a single cup. Still, considering the functionality and how it compares to everything else on the market, I love our FlexBrew and would buy it again!

Simple and easy to use - 2nd one we have bought - fits under our cabinets - nice single cup option. no complaints.

Thanks to an in-store coupon, I finally convinced my husband we should buy this coffee maker. I had been reading reviews and looking at it at other stores, so was excited to get it home and unboxed. It has completely met expectations. We love having the choice of making an entire pot of coffee or just a cup of our favorite coffee. It's very easy to operate and I love that we have the option of using K-cups or the filter on the single cup side. I just purchased small paper filters for an easier way to dispose of coffee grounds.

We bought it because the Keurig is out of our price range. My wife like this better than the single cup making Keurig she used to have so that should be a good endorsement in itself. It's a slower brewing coffeemaker which gives better flavor. The only downside is you can't fill the water tank n make multiple single cups like the Keurig can.One cup of water in at a time. That's not really much slower though n it does make a real good cup of coffee.

I am an avid coffee drinker. Morning, afternoon, and night, I am continuously drinking coffee. This maker allows me to either make a pot of dark roast or I can select a cup of special blend (such as Chocolate Cake). I love this coffee maker!

This coffee pot was a awesome purchaser, price was low and the machine works great. The simple fact that you can use a k cup, single cup and or a full 12 cup put of coffee is awesome.

I like this 2 in 1 coffeemaker. I like that the single serve side can be used with k-cups, pods or regular coffee(with the included single serve coffee basket). I like the brew regular or bold option. However it does not have a "mesh basket" for the carafe side in the event you run out of filters. And it does not include a measuring scoop. It would be perfect with these two accessories. Overall it is a good product.

My husband has been working 6 days a week and a lot of overtime. On one Saturday morning he was called in on an emergency and was rushing to get out the door, when he commented, "I wish I had the coffee maker we saw at Best Buy". So, while he was hard at work, I went and purchased it for him! He LOVES it because he can brew a pot, or fill a travel mug or a single cup if he's in a hurry! You can use K-Cups or your own ground coffee.

This coffee maker is easy to use and brews coffee quickly! Happy with this purchase and would recommend to others wanting the choice of a single cup or several cups.

I was in a hurry to buy a coffeemaker for my wife for mother's day. I honestly didn't even do much research on this prior to buying it. The only thing that attracted me was the price and K-cup functionality. My wife loves it. It is easy to use, easy to clean and gives you the option to use k-cups for single serving and also make multiple cups. The product has opened up endless opportunities for my wife in the world of coffee flavors and I have never seen her this excited about any item before. The alarm works to the tee and by the time she comes downstairs her coffee is ready for use.

The design looks nice with the rest of our black appliances. I replaced our Keurig because I like having a pot of coffee. My girlfriend likes the K-Cups, so, the design of having both options is really nice. The only flaw is that you can only pour the amount of water in the coffee maker for the cup of coffee size you are going to brew for the K-Cup. It will not work if you completely fill the reservoir. All in all, nice coffee maker.

It's nice to have a choice of either having a lot of coffee or if you're in a rush to be able to make a cup to go. When making only a cup at a time it splatters coffee on the counter top. Besides that, the machine is great to have.

I love the fact that I can have one cup or a pot! The first machine I purchased stopped working after week 4. I am glad I purchased the extended warranty with Best Buy because the replacement is nice. However, I have only had it a few weeks. My mom got one after me and loves hers. It stopped working after a few weeks too but the company sent her a new one!

This is the best coffeemaker since Coffee was invented! Great for multiple servings using the generous 12 cup pot side and awesome K-cup brewer on the other side for my spoiled lil K-cup addiction! It doesn't get any better than this! So far it operates flawlessly and I have owned it for about 1 month, well built , durable , awesome non dripping carafe, love the optional k-cup or pods or grounds in the single serve side, lots of bells and whistles, Programmable bliss! Looks great in my kitchen with its black and chrome décor.

I got this coffee maker because of all the features it has. You can use the coffee pot or the mug/single serving container that comes with it. If you use the mug, you can use either ground coffee or a K-cup. I always grind my own coffee beans, but wanted the option to use a K-cup. The coffee has been coming out great so far. I haven't used the pot yet.

This really is a wonderful product. It makes a large pot of coffee for us in the morning and a K-cup of whatever flavor coffee or tea in the afternoon or evening. The only reason I gave it a 4 rating is that my original Flex Brew had a plastic, musty odor in the water chamber that permeated into the coffee. This problem was mentioned/noted in a number of reviews. The solution, as mentioned by one of the reviewers, was to bring it back to Best Buy and exchange it for another unit...which I did. I asked to open the new unit before I left the store, which the Best Buy associate gladly did, and gave it a sniff test. No odor in the replacement unit. Perfect! Seems like there was a problem with certain production runs. The product is good enough that it's worth the "sniff" test at the store.

I have been looking for a coffee maker that actually serves up hot coffee. This is the best I have tried. It also gives you options to use K-Cups and also has a small filter to make individual cups of coffee or tea. I put loose tea in this and it made a lovely hot cup of tea. It is easy to use and clean and looks really good.

About a month or so ago, my wife and I bought one for my folks and one for ourselves. We've not yet tried brewing a pot, but they have, and they love it. Both of us have tried quite a few different brands of pods, including Keurig 1, and things have mostly gone quite well. I would give 5 stars, except that some pod brands can be a struggle to get fully inserted. Crazy Cups, for example, are extremely thick and require starting them in the basket, removing the pod and manually forcing the 'flap' of plastic further out, then reinserting and repeating, until it finally fully seats. While I can't exactly pin this as an issue with the brewer, it is a little frustrating. Otherwise, standard pods, as I call them, work perfectly! Some of the reviews have mentioned issues with clogging, even within a week or so of purchase. Given that we have fairly hard water, we use bottled water for almost everything anyway, so have only used this in the brewer. We're at about 6 weeks now, haven't cleaned it once, and everything is working as it did on the first day. Overall, all 4 of us are well pleased with the brewer!

We love the flexbrew as it allows us to have several methods at our fingertips. Great idea and have had nothing but positives to come from our buying it.
