K cup quit after 3 days

I tried three different brands of k-cups and they all leaked. Not only that, but it seemed to take a long time just to brew the cup. I was so put off by the kcup performance, I didn't even try the carafe brew. I'm not sure if I received a defective unit, but it was the last one at my local Best Buy so I just returned it and bought a Keurig

The coffeemaker quit working after 5 weeks of use

I contacted Hamilton Beach and will be getting a new replacement product but, I have to pay for the shipment of the replacement. Needless to say, I am less than happy. It just quit brewing completely, from both sides of the product. Am unable to get the water out of the pod side of the unit.
