It has jammed twice out of 5 times. I can hear the eject noise but the lever does not pop up. It is a nice looking toaster. The slide out crumb tray is in the back. I prefer the tray in the front.

Apparently, it must be easier to land a man on the moon than to evenly toast bread. Good for English muffins.

Difficult to remove the bread, have to move the dial all the way to the right to get some type of color on bread, buttons really do not work.

However, when your toast is ready, it doesn't pop up enough for u to even grab it. So you have to wait till it cools before you can get your toast out.

Purchased approximately 2 months ago , only use a few time a week, real disappointed- defiantly would not recommend :(
