We had been thinking about purchasing a vacuum sealer for a few years because our frozen vegetables from our garden would sometimes not seal in a ziplock bag and get freezer burnt. After reading reviews from a consumer magazine we chose this model. We are very happy with the performance and ease of operation.

Easy to use...plastic is included to make the bags. Reasonably priced. Easy to store.

We’ve never had an issue with this brand til now..you can’t have any liquid or it will not seal..we had cooked rotisserie chicken and nothing but issues sealing and vacuuming..when we pushed seal it made noises like it was sealing but didn’t the same with vacuuming..this happened several times and with different foods..we tried 5 different times and gave up so now it sits on a shelf useless..so much for buying in bulk to use this machine and save money on food

So far, so good! Light weight, easy to use. Came with starter bag and roll set. Which is a plus!

I can't pass up a good deal at grocery store weather i need it or not. Having a vacuum sealer allows me to preserve my investment. These days a grocery store run is an investment. HIGHLY recommend getting this, works flawlessly

I had an Anova. It was quiet and lasted 2 years. I used it frequently. Bought this and it works. It's loud. Really loud. Sometimes I have to run the sealer twice to get a seal. The side locks could be better. Hopefully I get 2 years out of it

Best food sealer ever. The suction is perfect. It’s wide enough to seal 2 bags at once. It even has a cord cubby!! Perfect

I love this sealer, easy to use, the variety of sealer bag sizes is a great plus gives you the opportunity to adjust the bag to the size needed. The price was great.

Works great and very eat to use. Came with everything you need to get started.

overall very happy with this. i've used it primarily for meat... buying a big cut and slicing into individual steaks or chops. ive found it;s best to put something under the food your looking to seal so that the bag is pretty close to level with the sealing surface. also make sure to get as much liquid or moisture out as possible otherwise the seal will not be complete. I bought this as a entry level trial and error and still do not see the need to buy a "better" more expensive one.

This is great for preserving food. It keeps it from getting freezer burn. So nice to have good flavor.

so far this is bigger than the other ones but seems easier to use and the seal works great!

My wife and I like Black Angus Filet Mignon but it usually costs about $20 a pound. At one of our local grocery stores here in Hilton Head Island it gets put on sale every once in a while for anywhere between $10.99 and $12.99 a pound and by having this Hamilton Beach Vacuum Sealer it gives us more of an advantage of having it more often.

Did the job but after 2r3 uses not wrking the same but it does the job

This sealer does a great job for freezing meat. Wish it had some more accessories for jars etc. though.

This thing is Junk! It has a hard time doing anything. Don’t even attempt to seal up meat with it. We hated it so much that we threw it away and bought a food saver!

All our produce is now super fresh just like the day we bought it. I recommend buying extra bags it only comes with a few that will run out fast. Easy to use. Perfect for buying food in bulk and freezing.
