Very easy to use. I needed to find an electric kettle that can provide precise temperatures pretty quickly. This one is perfect. You can choose one of the temperature options and then stop when it is at the temperature you need it at. I use it mainly for hot tea and ramen. I have not had any rust occur. Overall a very great product and I highly recommend it!

Have owned several including top-rated and expensive brand name units. This system with the ability to set as an alarm, water temperature and warming time is perfection and has made waking up wonderful for this tea drinker

A nice beautiful kettle but a little heavy with a thick handle which is difficult to grip.

This kettle is great. It heats up your water fairly quickly and the alert is loud enough to let you know when it's ready.

I received a used and damaged kettle, and Best Buy wouldn’t correct it. At first they said take it to the store and have them deal with it, even though I purchased it online. Then when I called back bc I never had a chance to take it to the store, they said I was out of the return window and they had no record of me calling. So now I’m stuck with a used and damaged item. I’m absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service, and will not shop at Best Buy any longer. This is just shocking. They basically said “we sent you a damaged item, and now you’re stuck with it.” Do not purchase this item- if you read the other reviews, others have also been sent used items with fingerprints all over it and poor packaging. Shocking!

This kettle was fine, but has only lasted 13 months. The bottom is now leaking water and I have to throw it away.
