I was ONLY having allergy symptoms from inside my home. When I opened the windows or went outside I was fine. I replaced the air filters in my home and that didn't resolve my issue. I am not sure if it was the air qualify, pollen, or some type of irritant inside my home, but within an hour of using this, my running nose, watery eyes, and congestion all went away... no drugs needed. This was a great purchase.

I have a senior cat and I can tell the difference already. I am going to buy another for my upstairs, it is hot and musty since we dint use it much. But as I said I like it so far.

In the description it indicates "Permanent HEPA-grade filter can be vacuumed to facilitate cleaning." Nope. Not true. It is a disposable filter. There is no way to wash it without ruining the cardboard filter exterior.
