1080p high definition with amazing sound quality. Plus bonus episode that wasn't broadcasted on TV. Bring this season from 12 to 13 episodes. If your a true Hannibal fan you will love this series!!!

I had heard great things about Season 1 and was not disappointed. This was a great take on the story of Hannibal and well worth the money spent to have this on disc. Looking forward to Season 2.

Watched the first episode when the show was introduced and gave up on it. Then saw that the show became critically acclaimed only to be cancelled. DO NOT WATCH if you’re easily grossed-out

This is a well crafted suspenseful thriller of a crime show with compelling character development. It expands on the source material in a respectful way and is blessed with excellent casting choices.

A fantastic show and this box set certainly does it justice--the box isn't overly large as some box sets tend to be. Highly recommend for fans of the show, or Hannibal Lector in general.

Hannibal is a great show that doesn't disappoint. This 1st season and its cast are equally phenomenal. This was a Black Friday special and I couldn't pass it up for such a low price.

Great televison adaptation of the many facets of the Hannibal character. From the creator of Pushing Daisies the first seaason of Hannibal pushed boundaries for gore on television. Great show and an even better buy. The only drawback is they could not legally use the Clarice Starling character from Silence of the Lambs.

Although there have been a few movies starring the Hannibal Lector character, this series provides more gore and gourmet scenes. The plot twists and shocking moments are plentiful.

I know, I know. But it doesn't have Anthony Hopkins in it you say. Don't worry, Mads makes the role his own. More serious but just as deadly. Good story arc. Can't wait for season 2!

This was not a blind buy for me. Watched it on amazon prime a while back. Looks even better on bluray. Season 1 and season are fantastic. But skip three it is terrible.

Can't believe that this is on Network TV. Had to buy the DVD set to watch it again straight through. I introduced several of my friends to the show and they are now converts.

Hannibal is unlike any other show you've seen on TV. It's both gruesome and beautiful, you be captivated by the characters and the story!! A must watch for fans of great TV!

I highly recommend this show. It is not Silence of the Lambs or Red Dragon, but it is a great complimentary series to those movies. I can't wait to see what season 2 has in store. The actors are great and the action is disturbing, but what would you expect from a show of this type?

An unacknowledged masterwork. Triumphant visuals, some of the best acting on television, and a rich thematic story arching over the three seasons.

DVD worked out fine! The series is very interesting to watch! Don't want to spoil anything but anyone who's into darker side of things would enjoy it!
