I'ts great, I hardly use my B&O analog tuner / CD player because the google voice / spotify link works so well. Great sound and great quality. One of the better buys I have made

This speaker has amazing sound!!! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has to be set up via Google Home. I don't use Google Home at all, so this is the only thing that I manage through it. But once I got it set up, it seemed pretty easy to use.

Wow! This is an absolutely incredible sounding speaker. I bought a pair and had them set up, paired together and working as a team in about 15 minutes. I use them in our “Google” home setup and will likely be adding a sound bar at some point. The second speaker didn’t connect to Google at first but after simply backing out and starting over, it connected right away. The only way to improve these would have been to add an option for connectivity via HDMI or other audio cable, but I suspect that HK is looking ahead to a wireless world in the not too distant future, so I get it. These speakers fill the room with clear sound even at low volume and look great (I bought gray). I have been partial to Sonos as of late and was a loyal Denon customer for years until I met Sonos but now...these are just as good, if not better than, Sonos. I look forward to getting snowed in for a few days so I can kick back and listen to these speakers for several hours straight.

It looks small but works great! Setup is easy. The sound quality is pretty good. The only thing that I hope is that it comes with an aux input so sometimes I can use it with my CD player. Buying a Bluetooth transmitter may solve the problem but that causes extra expense.

The speaker has a really good sound to easily fill a large room. It was easy to setup , but I couldn't figure our how to connect to my TV.

I hate these speakers, I hate them sooooo much. I bought a pair of these Citation 100’s to integrate with my home lighting and sound through the Google home app. When they work, the sound is incredible, but they almost never work correctly. Since I got them several months ago they have logged out of the Google home app no less than hundreds of times, sometimes repeatedly in the same day only an hour since the last logout. One seemed to do it more often and the other usually worked, so I had Harman Kardon replace the worse one (they only had grey in stock so now I have a black one and a grey one) but the new one is just as bad as the old one, and now the other one fails just as often. I can’t even express how frustrating these things are. They rarely ever work, which would be fine if they were $20 speakers, but these are $350 each, and I only find out they aren’t working at the least convenient times, like when I ask them to do something, or in the middle of the night when they wake me up because they stop playing the ambient noise I need to sleep. I have searched and searched for a solution, but there doesn’t seem to be any good one. They just just suck.

We are enjoying very much our new speaker; as other customers we love the sound quality, and the color. Another great product from Harman Kardon.

THe sound on this speaker is amazing! I just wish I could connect it to my TV. I am sure there is a way, but I don't know. I love the google assistant that it has. It is a great addition to my space. I have 2.

This speaker is the real deal. When ever i play it the entire bookshelf is shaking the bass coming out of this small speaker is unreal

It was larger than I expected. It is very slow to start or perform a requests. The sound, however, is great.

Sound quality is great. Worked as both a Bluetooth and WiFi so very convenient. I didn’t realize how large the speaker was. If I had known I may have purchased 2 to balance out the sound in my room

I like this speaker so much I bought two of them. My only disappointment was that I couldn't use my Amazon Music with it. I had to change to Spodify. Otherwise, it is easy to use and setup.
