This is my 3rd Harmon Kardon speaker that I have bought over the years and Wow! They do not disappoint. Great sound, nice bass, nice looking speaker and the built in Google is a A+!

I really like these! I have several citation 100 speakers. I can play music on all at the same time. I just say “hey google, play music on house speakers”. Next my house is filled with music! Yes you have to set up a group.. but it’s easy to do. Still learning other great features... say “google Good morning” it tells you the time, weather and new! Can’t wait for the sound bar to go on BBDotDay.. will purchase another!

I picked this up to get some better quality sound throughout my home smart speaker setup. It delivers nice powerful bass and clear vocals/speech. I'm very happy with it. The only down-side is that now my other speakers sound wimpy compared to this one.

When streaming this device with apple tv the sounds it's good!

This speaker blew my expectations away. It replaced a Sonos One I had, and the abilities of this are much better. It plays louder and fuller, and the bass is so much more powerful. It’s sound signature is more bassy than Sonos, but I don’t mind at all. It really is able to fill a room and perform powerfully at any volume. Other speakers of its size have wildly different performance at different volumes, and this one handles everything well. Even a room over, you can still hear how powerful this speaker is, it plays so much bigger than it looks. I also love that it integrates into my Google Home very easily and it has google assistant built in. I have one in my kitchen and one in my bedroom and they’re so convenient for everything. They also can work with multi-room music groups in your Google Home, and they perform flawlessly. The controls on top are nice, slightly finicky vs other touch control speakers, but overall I like it. The fabric is very nice, it has a lot of details to it - it’s definitely a simple but understated design. If you love Google Home, these speakers will fit right in..

Got it for 89.99 in a daily deal!! Speaker itself sounds really good, although i found sony one's better sounding. As for the smart functions it is very easy to setup and update. it can pick up your commands from some distance and even while playing music. There is a dedicated mute button which is handy. Bass is good for its size. Although there is no option to change EQ settings through google home app. So you are struck with the default sound profile which is'nt bad but an option would have been nice addition, especially if you are buying it at full price.

I purchased this speaker when it was a “Deal of the Day” at a fantastic price! I purchased it online without ever seeing or hearing it which is huge for me because I prefer to listen to all of the speakers available and choose the one that sounds best to me and has plenty of bass! Because I purchased this in October as a Christmas gift for my son, I anxiously awaited to see if I had made a good purchase. My son was frustrated at first with the setup as he didn’t want to use it as a smart speaker but quickly learned he could bypass the app and just use it directly with Apple Music on his phone via Bluetooth. The sound is amazing and he is thrilled with the speaker! Great bass and volume. Great purchase at a great price!

I've been a big sonos fan from the beginning but I've just replaced them with 4 Harman Kardon smart speakers. the clarity is suburb and the bass is deeper than sonos but best of all its compatible with google. sonos is alexa and alexa drives me nuts. alexa doesn't work nerly half as good as google so this is a huge plus and having better sound is just the icing on the cake. great design that blends in to décor and looks much nicer then expected.

Wonderful speaker. Clear sound with amazing bass for its size. The google assistant capability works well and integrates with google home. I have 3 of these and they pair well in different parts of my home. Every once in a while the group of speakers grows a mind of its own with pandora and somehow decouples from my phone and just keeps playing. But whether used with Bluetooth or google home these speakers pack a lot of punch for their size.

Ordered this when It was on sale for 99.99 a piece, I was happy to have found a great deal on a Harman Kardon product. Obviously I had big expectations and i'm not disappointed. This little speaker sounds amazing even at high volume, doesn't distort the sound at all! Setup was quick and easy, although I'm not fan of playing music via Google Home as its laggy (but that's Google's problem, nothing to do with H/K). If you find this product on sale again, do not miss out but if you can afford the price point of 229.99, then go for it. You won't be disappointed

While the retail price is $230 I got this on sale for $80 so am reviewing with the sale price in mind. Pros For that price this is a no brainer. Harmon Kardon make fantastic speakers and this is no different. Clear vocals, Smooth treble, Booming bass (but not overwhelming). It connects with Google Home quite seamlessly and the ability to pair multiple speakers into a group is a plus. I use the Tidal app and can use both bluetooth and wireless to seamlessly cast. Cons: A little large so will not hide like your other Google Home devices. I concur with others that when the music is loud it's hard for the google assistant to hear you, but you can adjust the mic sensitivity in the google home app to resolve this. (Also night mode is a help). Overall a great speaker at the sale price or a little higher. At retail you're likely trying a home theatre setup and for that i would not recommend.

This speaker was bigger than I anticipated while the quality of sound and bass is amazing. A single speaker was able to fill up my entire living room with ambient sound and music. Utilize google smart feature is a major plus to the speaker. Only negative aspect is a lack of built-in battery for portability.

Great speak, nice and loud w/great bass although at times it’s hard to connect don’t know if it’s my WiFi or the actual speaker. But overall I would recommend, I would not pay the full price, I bought it on sale soo it was worth it.

I love this speaker by itself. It has surprisingly great sound quality for its size and there are no issues streaming Spotify to it through Google Home. My only gripe is that when you buy two and pair them through the Google Home app, then stream music through them, then both speakers work wonders as stereo speakers, filling up any room with stupidly rich sound. I especially love it for sleeping, it fills my room with rain music. HOWEVER, this works about 95% of the time. About 5% of the time, the speakers go out of sync while playing music, and you can hear it clearly. It’s really jarring and ruins the mood and song. This out of sync effect lasts for about 5 seconds before the speakers resolve the issue by themselves, only for the issue to come back 5 minutes later. I am rating it 5 stars because the speakers alone are fantastic, and my issue only pertains to having two speakers. Also, I don’t think it’s the speaker’s fault when it comes to my issue; I think it’s actually Google Home’s fault.

I purchased 3 of these speakers. I had Polk Audio speakers but they are limited to Polk's preset app source options. We couldn't access our favorite internet station, The Root, out of St. Louis, so I knew a change was coming. The Harman/Kardon speaker set up is easy. I'm a bit old school and had never heard of "casting" sound, which is possible to one or any combination. The sync is flawless. After set up, they can be moved around room to room. Just plug the speaker in (these are not wireless) and the speaker is ready to play. I can cast from my PC, laptop or phone. The quality is superb. They are blue tooth and wifi compatible. My husband and I love them!

First, this was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Setting it up was not a problem. The audio is wonderful. We have them set up to link with certain music apps and so farbit has been great. The grey color also looks so sleek. Would definitely be buying more soon.

Google assistant works the same as on every other device. Same frustrations, same utility, so no +/- stars for the assistant. Sounds great. Bass is a little heavy, but not overwhelming. Sound is crisp and clear, and does not distort at higher volumes. It won't compete with a proper home theater amp and speakers, but that's not expected. No audio connections for alternative music sources, but that's common. WiFi and Bluetooth handle everything I need. HK is pricier than I typically purchase, but I caught this on a very good sale, and cannot complain. I am impressed with the quality of the build and the sound.

Simple to use, easy to set up and sounds great! Only flaw is it has to be hooked up to an outlet to work. No battery on this unit, but it sounds great in my room. Definitely worth the buy.

The speaker has great sound quality and was very easy to setup. The unit is a little large, but delivered awesome sound.
