    OK price for the install. Installers programmed my remote but some reason it became unprogrammed and when I reported it to Geek Squad they told me it would cost over $100 to program it again. One of the members had accused me of unprogramming it. It took me 45 minutes to fix the problem myself and it would have been faster if I did not have problems with downloading the info.

  • Difficult to program with multiple components

    Geek squad trains special techs to program Harmony to use with multiple components like DVR, TV, DVD, Netflix. It's hard to keep all components in sync with on/off. However Help key on Harmony helps to recover programming of unit.
