This is the first time someone got the transfer right for this first Harry Potter film. It looks like projected film again in 4K. Beautiful.

I finally bought the first movie on bluray which finished up my HD collection. I didn't know at the time but it has all the old bonus features plus all new ones from the limited edition Harry Potter collection released a few years back. It also contains both the original release of the movie and a cool extended edition with 7 minutes added back into the film. I even went out and bought Secret of Chambers and The Order of The Phoenix afterwards. The HD picture quality is beautiful with 5.1 surround sound and all the bells and whistles. For me it was the only way to go and I highly recommend it.

The whole Harry Potter series has AMAZING imagination in it. There are things that happen in each movie that were so creative. Things that would be so much fun and helpful if they actually existed. The world of make believe only not in cartoon style! I bought this extra copy because this disk of my series didnt work correctly and needed a replacement.

Easy purchase of movies for Xmas gifts at reasonable prices

What can I say. We all know about Harry Potter and most of us have read the books. Side note if you have not already done so go read the book before buying this movie. Actually make that a general life rule, always always read the book before watching the movie. That aside this is a good movie despite not being as good as the books or as good as the first movie. I give it five stars.

Great follow up to the first movie. We get more fo the story and get to see the characters develop even more. Plus we get to see the villain himself and reveal a little more of the connection between him and Harry. Great affects, story is good and it looks fantastic on blu ray. I was waiting for the collection to be released on Blu Ray!

If you're a Harry Potter fan, there's nothing better than a binge fest from start to finish. One of our old discs had been loaned out & was deemed "lost". I had to really search to find a non Blu-ray disc & was happy to find it online @ Best Buy. Our series is once again complete & the binge fest has begun!

I did not buy this for the movie but for the DVD extras and it was a solid investment. I really enjoyed watching the 8 part creating the world of Harry Potter documentary. This is a must for any Harry Potter fan and good choice of upgrading to blu-ray over other sets.

I wanted to avoid this one as I am a fan of the extra scenes in directors cut movies, the 4K doesn't have them, Blu-ray does. But at 2/$30 I went ahead and completed the collection. The later movies get darker and 4k HDR makes a bigger difference, the extras are nice. I am disappointed that most 4K movies so far do not include the directors cuts, and I generally will not replace a blu-ray directors cut for a 4k. $15 helped...

Any true Harry Potter fan will own this and the rest of the movies. Really is a great adaptation of the book and story itself. The purchase comes with a Blu-ray and digital version only, so if you are looking to find a set with the DVD as well, you'll need to look into the boxed set!

As an avid HP fan I can’t betin to tell you the difference in watching this is 4K! The colors are so vivid and beautiful I feel transported directly into that world. As for the movie, amazing (of course) and will of wizarding fantasy fun for all ages!

If you love Harry Potter and have a 4k TV and 4k blu ray player, this is a great deal. I would recommend getting the individual movies instead of the 8 film 4k boxset collection because the collection doesn't come with the special features from what I've read.
