Best Buy customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first movie in the collection is missing. I called Best Buy this morning to try to resolve this. Best Buy must contract out their customer service as both people I spoke with had heavy accents. After 29 mins. I was disconnected from first person, second person accent was so heavy I had to keep asking her to repeat. After 36 mins. on phone with her she finally told me they'd have to refund as this product is no longer available. The on hold music is out of a bad movie. So now instead of 16 discs I have 15 and no resolution. I'll stick with Amazon from now on. Lesson learned.
