I wish they has an internal desktop card at the local bestbuy but this one worked out for what I needed. Does NTSC and ASTC with ClearQAM so it had the features I needed. It's a little slow to change channels but does the job none the less.

I bought this to replace an internal TV tuner card that repeatedly froze and locked up my PC. Since switching to this USB Tuner card it has performed flawlessly. Installation is simple, picture is great, works with my Windows 7 windows media center.

My old xp pc came with a tv tuner card and I could use it to dvr "my stories." I loved it, but it's getting up there in age and I think it'll croak any day. My new computer doesn't have tv tuner card...they're pretty much extinct. This usb tool is great. Follow the directions and it works really well. The price is great for the function. It also has rca connectors, so you can run cameras or old vcr's through it...If you've got one. Great product!

I have it running on a I7 Machine.. when I was recording in HD the picture was a little jumpy but the play back was fine. I think it was more to do with my video card.

Works great with Windows Media Center, which was most important to me! Signal is reliable and clear.

Purchased for my XBOX One. Very easy to setup. Was watching live OTA TV within minutes.

I don't watch live TV. All the TV I watch is recorded. This does an excellent job of that. I like the WinTV software better that Microsoft Media Center.

I bought this just as an extra TV while sitting in front of my computer. It installed easily and gives you a basic tv tuner, but nothing fancy. Don't count on the remote to do anything for you. Mine quit working the second time I used it and it is so small, it is not very functional. Overall, it does what I wanted it to do, although it could be a little cheaper for a basic tuner.

Have had no issues with this product. Occasionally my digital antenna fails but that is no fault of this device. I can set up which hard drive to save programs to and switch channels quickly with find channel. I have my PC connected to my TV so I can use the TV as second monitor and watch the programs on the big screen if I want. After getting rid of cable this is perfect for me to DVR TV shows and sports on free over the air channels.

The product is outstanding although the cable for the antenna provided is a bit short. I use this both with my desktop and laptop depending on where I am and enjoy watching my favorite stations and shows on the go or in my study. excellent solution for busy minimalists I won't have to purchase a TV for several years to come.

The Hauppauge WinTV USB tuner has become a very useful device for me, making it possible to record high-definition broadcasts.

This low cost unit does everything it is advertised to do. I replaced an older, internal card unit with this USB tuner and I couldn't be happier. I've run it on multiple computers with the same results - excellent! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an analog and "clear" digital tuner in any CATV market.

Bought this to replace a analog WinTV Pvr I had for years, time to go digital. Install was easy. Plug it in and and insert the software disc and it will automaticly download updated software. Just using a Terk rabbit ear type antenna I pick up 26 stations none of which is closer than 45 miles. Very satisfied with tuner.

I know that many people use this product to get off-air television but I do not. I simply attached it to a cable box and used it attached to a laptop as a dvr. For this purpose, it is a relatively inexpensive dvr.

I was replacing my old one. It lasted a long time and worked well. Had it hooked up to cable. We suffered many power bumps in our last storm and I think that is what finished the old one off. Yet, it worked many years as I said. I was satisfied that I had gotten my monies worth and did not regret buying another.
