At the time of this review the 4k copy is around $16, which is a steal. This is a very well written film that has some of the best acting in a movie I've seen in a while. From it's opening scenes to the credits, you'll be sucked into these characters lives and struggles. Trust me, this is a movie you'll want to own.

A beautiful steel book. The 4k transfer is absolutely incredible. This is definitely a buy. If you have never seen the film. Watch it now you will not be disappointed. A truly Oscar worthy film.

Blood is thicker than water, as the saying goes, and the two brothers portrayed in this movie prove that continually, even when they truly don't want to. The integration of two completely different lives and circumstances is very well done, especially when the plot centers on the same goal for each brother.

One of the best of 2016. They don't make them like this anymore - but they still can, and here's the proof. Taylor Sheridan wrote a genuine modern-day masterpiece with ‘H** or High Water’, a film where Texas is just as much a scene stealer as Jeff Bridges, Ben Foster, Chris Pine and Gil Birmingham.

One of the best modern westerns!! Great looking steelbook of the story of two brothers that turned into bank robbers. Steelbook included 4K and blu ray versions of the film. Highly recommended.

Nothing I can say about this film that most people already know. Excellent cast,excellent film. I can say the steelbook edition looks great and comes with a plastic slipcase. Very nice...

This is a hidden gem of a Masterpiece in the movie section. A beautifully told story that makes you feel for the problems the brothers face. We all love to see a good movie; and this movie makes you feel as if this took place in real life makes it even better.

This is a superbly written heist film that is my favorite since Heat. I never get tired of watching it and it's an edge of your seat thriller with hair-raising and nail-biting moments. Films like this are why we watch movies in the first place.

This film takes an old, tired trope and executes it so flawlessly that you feel like you have never seen this story before. This is a Classic in the making.

Great film about two brothers trying to exact "revenge" on the bank that didn't give a loan to one of the brothers to help save his farm. Bridges is the soon-to-retire Sheriff on their trail, wanting to end his career with one big catch. Great little movie, that has some awesome actors at their best with each other.

An excellent movie with great plot and excellent cast! As common as most bank robbery movies as can be, this manages to create a human side to the robbers and a purpose for their actions. Great Plot, Great Action, Great Storytelling, Great Acting. Do yourself a favor, WATCH THIS FILM!

I probably related to the movie more than most would. I grew up in the surrounding area where the location was for the bank scenes and see those little towns when I drive back home. Another great Jeff Bridges movie with sage advice. He is turning out to be a good older character. Quite a span from the Dude roll.

This is one of my favorite Taylor Sheridan films and I’m so glad it received a great steelbook copy. I’d highly recommend buying this and checking it out if you haven’t seen it.

Movie takes place close to where I grew up. Noticed highway signs to towns I have visited. I read parts of movie were not filmed in Texas, but the land looked similar, or well. Jeff Bridges plays a typical law man for that area, and Chris Pine plays a young working class Texan. The banks they robbed, reminded me of the bank I used as a kid to deposit lawn mowing money. I enjoyed the movie, but probably biased being from West Texas.

Unfortunately with all of the hype for movies such as La La Land and Moonlight, HoH was released seemingly under the radar. I had not even heard of this movie, but picked it up as a blind buy. All in all it was an exceptional movie with a great plot and great performances from some very notable actors!

This is a good movie. But it reminded me of No Country For Old Men. That;s not a bad thing. That is an awesome movie. Not so much for the specific story line but for the feel, look, and characters. Jeff Bridges character is a definite reminder of Tommy Lee Jones. Bridges did a good job, Tommy Lee Jones did a great job. Again, this is a good movie, a worthwhile watch for sure. But personally it reminded me of just how good a movie NCFOM is.

This movie got good reviews when it opened but disappeared pretty quickly, and I was happy to catch up to it on DVD. Really good performances by all the actors, some good humor in the script and some scene stealing by Jeff Bridges (who was nominated for a Golden Globe).This film was a pleasant surprise

This movie had it all.. great direction, script, acting, action, humor, and a great story from start to finish both on a family personal level up to accurate comparison and illustration of the banks to consumers relationship and how that was and still is happening due to the greed of many banks.

This film was definitely one of the best original features in theaters this past year! It is being honored with awards and rightfully so; the story is fantastic, the acting is wonderful, and the cinematography is great! If you enjoy great film making and believable acting, DO NOT MISS THIS FILM!
