There’s a reason why this set has a sharpening steell: the blades get dull pretty fast. It’s just over 2 months since I have them and I’m constantly sharpening to get a decent cut. I take great care of them and never put in the dishwasher. Yet, the blades are dented and with rusty spots. I have older knives that never had to worry about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
