    you should wear protective gear when using this scooter. The battery doesn’t last very long and easy to get hurt on.

    It’s unbelievable that I bought this item n wen I open it was a use scooter n different I went to store were I purchased the item they didn’t help me they said that that was not there problem the box was seal I felt really disappointed mad that they sold me something that was not the right item in box for 400 n some dollars they also keep my item n never gave it back so Best Buy rip me off with that purchase until today they haven’t even called me or anything that’s unprofessional

    Absolutely horrible the first one i got had to return it because the bell didnt work luckily ot was within the 2 week window the second one i had to return cause the throttle was sticking less than a month of use.. i was told on return they are known for that...
