Good product, only drawback is the battery, it does not lasts as mentioned. With full charge it can be used for around 6miles.

It was fine until it got loose from theafter only 2 weeks. Not the best quality if you ask me.

Bought this for my son for college to get across campus because he had knee surgery. Scooter couldn’t even last a semester before completely falling apart. Couldn’t handle the tough terrain of the Towson University walkways! (Yes that’s sarcasm). If you’re looking for a scooter to last less than 12 weeks, then buy this one. If you want it to last more than that, buy anything else but this one.

This would have been a great scootsr if it didn’t feel like I was riding a jackhammer. I road it on a side walk and a recently surface road, and you could feel everything like it was a rock filled road.

This product is cheaply made, the brakes repeatedly het stuck ant the wheels wobble

About 6 months into owning the sooter. Out of the box the blutooth feature never worked. At month 4 the back fender snapped off leaving me without a back brake light or a way to lock my scooter when it is folded up. And the customer service from the HiBoy company is awful, they only reapond at around midnight and dont seem to know how to fix the problems that you are having. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER QUALITY SCOOTER.

Really bad scooter, this thing cant even take the littlest of hills, its slows down to a crawl. Battery life is god awful, i work 5 miles away, 10 miles there and back. Battery died on me as I was getting home.

We got this for our son for Christmas. It came with a broken charger. Now we have to jump through hoops to get a new one. I think we might be returning it, this is ridiculous.

I was let down with this scooter for the price I expected at the least a smooth ride . Very slow acceleration the deck and rear tire guard very noisy and the ride felt as if it had 2 plastic tires off a big wheels

Bought two of these. Already throwing codes and not working. Bought 11/2024 and it’s 06/2025 and won’t work at all. Looks as appears in picture but does not last long. & also takes off very fast.

Scooter works well and all. But the charging port doesnt work prooerly. I need to jimmy the cable so that barely touches tip of the cable

Bad experience delivery personal stollen the equipment uploaded suspicious photo for delivery. Even after contacting personal for delivery did not responded. Atleast bestbuy arranged a new pickup but not ready for days still waiting for it to become ready for pickup. Picked up for daughter's birthday and i missed the day because of this experience i donot recommend to delivery option as deliver peraon may steal your item

Closer to 10 miles of range, takes a whole night to charge, doesn’t consistently go at 19 mph.

E7 error after 2 months of use which means motor needs to be replaced. Its outside of the return window and I'm stuck with a broken scooter.

The battery is bad and does not go to 17 miles operating range. The battery is not good.
