DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! Base of the chair failed after 4 months. The bottom part of the chair structure completely broke. The main reason however you shouldn't buy this chair is because it has limited 90 day parts and warranty coverage. 90 days! Most chairs offer at least 2 years. Customer support is non existent too, I had a best buy agent look up the warranty or contact information on their website and she said if there is any it would be in the paperwork that came with my chair. Doesn't matter because I'm past the 90 days anyway! I feel completely swindled out of 200 dollars for a chair that broke after 4 months. Thanks Best Buy, top quality products for sure! /s

Good lower back support for extended gaming time. Could be a bit easier to assemble, but no additional tools are needed. Got it on sale which makes it even a better value.

My son loves this chair… He had a Sam’s club chair before and it didn’t hold up well. So he picked out this one from Best Buy. So far he is thrilled.

I've been shopping around for a new computer chair for a while, trying to find one that would fit my body and provide enough support while still being comfortable to use for long periods. By pure chance I found this one on sale and figured I'd take the chance on a chair with no reviews - I'm glad I did! The seat is more than wide enough to accommodate my hips and there's enough padding that it doesn't put pressure on my joints, even after sitting for a few hours. The adjustable lumbar pillow helps a lot with encouraging me to sit ergonomically, which helps keep my back from being sore. My only complaint is that the neck pillow sits a little low to be "perfectly" adjusted, but it's not a deal breaker. I was especially impressed with how easily assembly went. Everything was clearly labeled, all the necessary hardware was included, and the instructions were easy to follow. I recommend having someone help put it together since the box is a bit heavy and some parts are just easier with an extra set of hands holding things in place, but it could be done solo too. Overall I'm a few weeks in and loving my new chair. The contrast stitching adds a subtle touch of class to the aesthetic and it looks as good in my space as it feels to sit in. A suggested edit to the specs: the lowest seat height from the floor to the top of the seat cushion is about 18.75 inches.
