Never heard of this brand before, but purchased it for my 70 year old mom; now she always on it. She loves it!......

It worked great at home, but I couldn't get it to connect to any other wi-fi spots, especially at work, (which is my main purpose for this purchase).

within 2 weeks, it decided not to turn on anymore. taking it back to store for a refund.

due to broken usb ports, keyboard would not charge, defective case but 3rd time is the charm. Good tablet when up and running and price is best on the market for the features. Really like the HDMI out. A little heavy but it is 10.1". Keyboard is cheap but works well on a desk or table. Be very careful plugging in cables as the ports do not appear very well built nor are they lined up quite right. Good but not great.

I bought two of these tablets and neither one of them work right with an sdcard. If I set (for example) my browser's download location to be on the external sdcard, it fails to write to it every time. If I create a folder on the external sdcard using a file manager (I've tried several), I am unable to delete the newly created folder, for that matter, I am unable to delete any folder or file. I have yet to find any app that will actually write to the external sdcard. I know it's not the external sdcard because it works just fine in my other tablets and smart phones. Also, the problem exists on both hipstreet tablets. If all you ever want is to use the internal 16gb storage then this is a great tablet. The screen displays flawlessly, its responsive and decently fast for an inexpensive tablet. It plays videos wonderfully, browsing the web is easy. But if you want to make real use of the external sdcard then you should shop elsewhere. Oh, another annoying thing to add, I installed a different launcher then it came with, and when I selected to always use the new launcher it would never remember the setting, and would always ask which launcher I wanted to use each time I pressed the home icon. something is very wrong with this tablet. Looks and operates great out of the box, but try and make use of any extended features then forget it, notgoing to happen.

The tablet itself is quite good overall for the price. Surfing on my wifi signal was fast and the screen and color is clear. But watching youtube videos was a problem, many freezes. The speaker is basic, not the greatest for videos or music but I mostly surf. It has a front and rear camera plus the latest ports. The keyboard space bar and top keys sticking, so I bent the case a little to make it work. Still, the space bar is a little flakey. The keyboard is probably very cheap quality, not sure how long it will last. Still, for the price I will be happy just keeping the tablet if the keyboard fails. Can always buy another keyboard should I really need it.

Got it on a Deal of the Day for $20 off. Good deal even at regular price. 16GB and Bluetooth, very nice! I added a 16GB sd card although I may not really need it (it has about 12GB free out of the box). Keyboard case is a nice bonus, Keyboard a little small but works well and I like it! Case doesn't quite match the pictures, but close enough. Viewing angles somewhat limited but I can live with it. Makes a great universal remote with the Harmony hub and app. Responsive touchscreen! Holes for camera and speaker in case. Careful though, it may try to slip out the top of the case if you don't close the clasp.

Bought 3 of these for Christmas for my 3 girls. They are 6, 8 & 11 years old. They have Ipods to play with, but they always loved to play with Grandpa's tablet. They totally love these tablets and play with them all the time. The screen isn't the brightest and the clips that hold the tablet in the case don't do a great job, but for it's price point its a good deal.

I purchased this tablet for use while watching TV during commercials. At first I had problems connecting to my WIFI then I figured out it was Case sensitive. There also was a problem one time that it would not turn on, so I had to use a paper clip to reset the tablet the tiny hole is on the side of tablet, have not had a problem since. I've been very happy with the tablet it's one of those things that you have to play around with to figure out. The instruction book is not very good. I believe for the money it's a good tablet. It's quick I got the Kitkat operating system.

got this for my 14 yearold son and am loving it so far.... gotta play with before i give it over. really like the HDMI slot and the fact it's got the blue tooth keyboard in a case with it. one word of advise, use the keyboard on a hard surface so all your key strokes are acknowledged. it's a soft backing and on your leg or pillow it doesn't get them all.

He has been using this tablet for a couple of weeks. No problems with charging as mentioned in another review. No problems with loading apps on to the tablet. For the money, nice tablet!

At this price..,. Great social media tool. I bought one for each of my clients.

So far I love this tablet. It does everything I need a tablet to do. Watches movies, YouTube, etc... with no problems. Great deal for a 10 inch tablet with these specs w/ case that you won't find elsewhere.

\\Tablet part is ok ,but the keyboard will not charge. Customer service is an absolute joke. @ keyboards neither one will charge and customer service tells me to plug it in, NO KIDDING. It's going back
