    Nice Unit, But ...

    The plus side of this unit is that it is very attractive, easy to use and maintain. The minus side is that it doesn't work as advertised. In particular it doesn't shut off when it reaches the selected humidify level. The first unit I purchased had this problem. I called Hisense as recommended and nothing they suggested corrected the problem. Hisense does not service these units, so the only option is to send it back. Which I did to Best Buy, got my refund and because I liked the design and size, I purchased another one. Same problem. I've decided to keep it this time since I don't leave it plugged in all the time anyway. We keep it in the bathroom and only turn it on after showering. Once it reaches the selected humidity level we unplug it. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

    Would be nice if it actually worked

    Constantly stops working. Just bought this and it will just stop working all day. Randomly goes out and won’t come back on.
