It's a very nice tv ...I love it ...very easy to use

I don't know if it's the 120Hz refresh rate or the "480 Ultra SMR" (whatever that is), but some shows and movies are very, very crisp and life like. The Big Bang Theory looks like a talk show instead of a tv show. I don't know exactly how to describe it. My wife says some shows have a 3D look. Extended family and guests have also commented on the great picture. Set-up was easy, controls are easy, audio is fine. Wifi and Netflix was easy to set-up. Haven't tried any of the other features. This tv was new to BB website with no reviews at the time. There were a few very positive reviews for other Hisense products, so I went out on a limb with this purchase.... Glad I did. As for the two current reviews with one star - Amazon wasn't listed as a feature, so you mark it down for that??? Do your research first. And why put a review for a cracked screen without reviewing it's replacement or BB customer service with the situation? An already cracked screen can happen on any tv.

I've never purchased an electronics device that wasn't one of the top brands. This was my first. I did some research on this brand and found out that they've acquired Sharp and Hitachi. This was helpful in making a decision as well as the set being moderately priced. The picture is beautiful. The black level leaves something to be desired. I do quite a bit of gaming on the TV with my PS4. Everything is crisp and smooth. Putting it in 120hz mode affects games differently, they're smoother yet there's added motion blur. While the TV has an option to address this, it doesn't exactly "fix" it. That being said, 120hz for blu-ray movies and anything animated is gorgeous. For the money, it's well worth it.

The picture is great, the price was good. Setup was easy and there are still features that I need to learn and try, look forward to it.

Picture great- sound good -read some reviews and wanted a big 1080 smart tv with a good price tag and this was it , great tv only downfall is can't figure out how to stream my Amazon prime movies with out using my xbox , has lots of apps and wifi too if you don't have a cat 5 e wire turn on wifi bingo streaming Internet , love it almost went back and brought another one , I got it for 350 at Best Buy on xmas sweet deal nice tv lots of features

No issues. Easy to set up. Right now just have on a table, but plan to mount at some point, so can't speak to ease of mountability. Picture is just fine for us, especially for the price. If you want super crisp, etc you probably want UHD. We use Netflix, Pandora, and Youtube the most. I really like that it has web browser too. Two things I'd change - place the HDMI ports in easier to access location and add Hulu to the apps.

tv has great picture, and sound. easy to set up and operate. has many more benefits I haven't tried yet. I would completely recommend this product

This is my second HiSense TV. Really good picture quality for the price. Easy to setup and use. Pretty good all in one smart TV.

This tv has all the specs I was looking for when I shopped for a replacement. I read the reviews and decided to go to the store and see this model in action on the showroom floor. Alas, this model was not on display. I reviewed the stores; return policy with the sales associate. After being assured that satisfaction or money back within a reasonable amount of time, I made the purchase. The style is all viewing area and very little frame. The picture is crisp and clear. Fifteen year old VHS tapes look even better than fifteen years ago. The price was right. Only time will tell about durability. For now! I;m one happy pappy.

I will be returning this product. The television is incredible for watching blu-rays, especially after calibrating it to watch films However on the gaming spectrum, stay far away from this TV as there is an insane amount of input lag making many games almost unplayable. Even after switching the tv to "game mode" I turned off the set several times in frustration. Which is a real bummer because it was a great price. Too good to be true I suppose.

Bought this TV for my son to play video games. The quality of the picture is good and games work fine with no flicker.

I'd been waiting for a big screen that came with a browser.. I researched Hisense for hours along with reading all the reviews. I have never seen so many positive reviews on a product in all my years buying on the web. So, with that and the excellent price of $350 on a 50 inch tv, I decided to give it a go. I am so enjoying this tv. One of the best purchases I've ever made!

I was surprised that such a bargain priced TV would have such a high quality 1080 HD picture. Very pleased with the sets quality.

I bought this TV because I owned a 55" G6 Hisense TV and have been very happy with it. If this TV had native Amazon movies support like the 55" I would have given 5 stars. Regardless, it's a nice TV.

Hisense, a less commonly known TV brand is actually Sharp. I bought a Sharp TV not long ago and it is amazing then I bought this Hisense TV for the living room and it is equally as amazing, with a much smaller price tag! Great quality on a budget.

I love this 55 inch Hisense Smart TV! It was a great price and I subscribed to Netflix to make it complete! I have to admit that the "soap opera look" had me doubtful of my purchase at first, but once I disabled the 120Hz effect, I was able to enjoy my shows without them looking like I was viewing an unedited version. I'm looking forward to buying a smaller one for my bedroom!

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. The picture is great an this size tv fit nicely in my small living room. I plan to purchase another one for my basement as well.

Product is cheap when compared to other's of the same category but the picture proves clear and exceptional with picture adjustments. I am completely satisfied.

Good for my 13 year old he love the smart tv's. He enjoys all the extra things that come with the tv Netflix hulu etc ..
