Pro: Quality, slim, ultra 4K Con: not enough apps or working apps, takes time to load. Biggest problem is the sound issue, it likes to be very loud when you set the volume down and sometimes it's very low you gotta put the volume high cause you can't hear anything and it gets too loud.

This is a great TV at a great price. This is my second Hisense smart TV, and I'm very happy with the purchase. 4K res is a big improvement, built-in wifi, even the sound is good. Did I mention price? Excellent all-around value!

I picked this up during New Years sale and was first hesitant because of the brand, but was recommended over some top brands so I took a chance, and so far it has been great, picture looks great with HDR, now I can't compare to a high end model or brand but I'm very happy with my purchase.

For a 4K Tv don't think it is bad at all for the price. It was a step up for me from my old TV.

I like the picture quality. I used the built-in smart TV to watch some 4k streaming from YouTube and Amazon Prime. The color and the details are good. The speakers are loud, but the sound is rather thin. So I mostly use my external sound system. And the cast application, QView, is useless. That being said, the TV's YouTube app does let you use your cell phone to navigate. Overall it's a good buy for the price.

I really wish it had hdr but other than that it is an excellent picture and supreme sound!!!

I actually had a different TV in mind when I came to the store. The young man working that department showed me the Hisense, same size but better resolution and features, at $50.00 lower price! I am very satisfied with the unit and with the great service I received at the store.

For years, I had been wanting a tv bigger than my older 42" Panny and I wanted to step up to 4k. This tv was a good pick. Using some calibration settings I found online, the picture is great. We have it hooked up to a sound bar, but the speakers on the tv seemed good. The only thing I was disappointed in was I hooked the app store would have the plex app for streaming my media library, but it doesn't.

This hisense model is extremely well put together. Amazing picture and sound is very loud.

Clear picture great for sports or movies, multiple hdmi ports great quality for the money.

Solid ENTRY level 4K TV. No HDR. Solid wifi with Amazon Video app, Netflix app, etc.

This was my first 4K tv I purchased. I connected to my Xbox one S and I've been streaming Netflix 4K content and the picture quality is amazing. I also love the way games play in this tv. I'm very impressed with the picture quality and especially the 4 year warranty.

This tv has all of the features that more expensive models have for a fraction of the cost. The buying experience was easy and did not require much time to complete. The reviews were accurate and thorough. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and Best Buy.

This tv is awesome. Great speakers, picture (8 year old daughter thought it was 3d), and it comes with an included 4 year warranty. Did I mention it it very nicely constructed. Price was unbeatable. I would absolutely recommend this tv to anyone in the market.
