Had this TV for about a week and a half now. Picture quality is great , but the speakers leave a bit to be desired. There are several different sound options and setting to choose from but I could just never get it to sound quite right to me. I hooked it up to my home theater system so the TV speakers really don't matter that much to me now. But overall, for the price I am very happy with the TV.

For all that is not familiar with Hisense, long story short. Hisense is like a Honda( long lasting & reliable! it's made by a trusted brand in China.this is my second Hisense Roku tv and I even purchased this tv with out the warranty!!!

Sorry for giving you 3 star because I have bad experiences I bought this tv to surprise my wife as Christmas gift.i set up tv turn it on want to set but remote is not working i want to surprise my wife when she come home . But tv can’t work without remote she came home say the tv she is very happy but I tell her tv not working because remote is not working she is very upset and my daughter beacause my old tv not working for few days . I want to Best Buy next day . They told my I have to bring my tv back to exchange it but I am going to my job and next day is Christmas they are close I ask them to give me other remote but they want me to buy universal remote for my self talk to manager but he said we only exchange tv you have to bring back it’s very bat experience and time waiting first time I write bad because this happens .my all surprise mess up.

Remote would not work. Poor customer service

My wife bought this TV as a gift for me today. The remote does not work. Without their remote, the TV cannot be setup. Their customer service is terrible and doesn't know their products at all. They didn't know that this make and model only has a power button on it. They take days to process an email. Another remote will take weeks. Returning for a better brand

Wi-Fi connection sucks

Spent 2 hours trying to get my router in a place where it could get a good enough signal to stream video because it doesn't have an Ethernet port. Ended up 5 feet away from the tv before I could stream and the image quality was horrible. Never again...

I usually don't do reviews but this purchase got under my skin. I bought this TV as a gift on Black Friday for my family in the Virgin Islands. They got it in January and by April it stopped working. I would not recommend you waste your money on anything HiSense their customer service also sucked.

I purchased the television 2 months ago and after 1 month, I have a white line running vertical through my screen. If this happens only after one month, then I wouldn't recommend this television to anybody. Product - poor quality

Purchased in 2017 with a 2 year extended warranty, yesterday 4 years later its frozen in startup screen and no amount of resetting will fix it.

My Hisenese tv was bought for my daughter hardly ever used internet connection it is 4 years old and it won't connect to ,my mrouter piece of junk stray away !!! Waste of money
