Contacted Hi-sense CS as best buy instructed and they said someone would call a day before coming out to repair tv. No call or show for repair. I returned it back to the store and got Sharp instead yesterday.

This product did not work properly it would freeze

I bought it and I was so anxious to use that, however as soon as I unpacked and turned it on, the screen was not working. Totally black. Researched on internet and looks like there are many issues like that. I don’t recommend this brand.
