In the past years, I have purchased 4 televisions. One Samsung, two Vizio and this HiSense. I thought I was brand loyal to Vizio, but when I saw the price and quality of this Hisense I realized I have found my new TV brand. The features are better than most and picture is exceptional.

For the price that I pay for the tv it was a bargain the picture clearly looks amazing sound is great couldn’t ask for a better TV

This TV was a great investment. I have no regrets the only drawback this model didn’t come with the sleep button on the remote. I had to click onto settings every night and go through the steps to set the timer. I got tired of doing that and eventually purchased an updated remote from Amazon with a sleep button option on the actual remote.

This is a great TV at a awesome price. Would definitely buy a Hisense again!

Picture quality is great. Great size for a small family room or bedroom. Easy set up to home network. I have attached to sound bar and blu ray. The factory speakers are decent. I like the quick button to Amazon and Netflix and Youtube. The apps are decent, including Pandora. Think Roku would be better streaming program, but there is space to add a external streaming hookup. After playing with the remote, you will get the hang of typing and scrolling to suggestions in Prime or Youtube. I am able to screencast my smartphone onto the screen, but had to download app to cast items from my tablet onto screen. There is a media feature in menu that allows you to view items from your computer that you have shared on your home network. Overall I highly recommend this tv.

Bought this TV on sale recently to replace my old Samsung 46" LED TV that died and It's a big upgrade overall at a half the cost of what I paid for it. Hisense has a chance to become a solid player here in the USA with quality affordable products like this. The design and build of the TV is pretty solid for a low/mid range set. The Picture quality actually surprised me as i was expecting below average results for a low end model but this thing once calibrated right in the Picture settings will definitely make you take notice. I check 4K content on YouTube via my FireTV but it has a YouTube app built in on the TV as well. The sound quality is surprisingly loud and clear. Also has Digital Optical Out for your Receivers or Sound Bars. I use the "Standard", "Sports" and "Gaming" Picture modes to make the screen quality pop, doing very minor tweaks to each preset. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the bang for the buck but that's not to say it's a perfect TV by any means. The software has room for improvements (Menus and Settings). They make it hard to see your picture quality when making adjustments to the settings because it covers almost half the screen. Also becomes a bit laggy or sluggish at times when browsing through the menu settings. I haven't tried most of the built in apps other than YouTube, Amazon, Netflix and the TV Browser but they worked OK for the most part. I recommend everyone get a Fire TV or Roku device and/or get the 4K ready Gaming consoles to take advantage of the UHD quality content. Hopefully Hisense will improve on the TV firmware making the Menus alot cleaner and responsive. Built in App store also needs more popular apps other Smart TVs have which to me right now are the only downsides to this TV (50DU6070). But I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quality 4K TV at a budget.

I own a Samsung 8500 model 4K TV so I know what a great picture looks like and this TV delivers a fantastic picture for the price. It is packed with enough tech and features to make any consumer feel like they aren't missing out on anything (in regards to the streaming revolution). It has more than enough HDMI outputs and with the build in cast tech you'll have HD content coming from more than enough sources. The speakers on this are extremtly loud!. I didn't get half way before I had to turn it back down (message received on quality of speakers). This TV is an office/game room TV that serves it purpose ten fold. I'm glad I avoided Sharp and Toshiba for this great, up and coming company, Hisense. TV is beautiful to look at off and on and has every possible feature one would need for this tier of TV.

This 4K UHD TV rocks the World! I have had this unit for just a day, and have put it through it's paces. Not one, let me say that again, not ONE problem or missing pixel noted. I would put this set up against any Samsung/Sony/VISIO/LG TV in it's class. Sure if you want to spend 3-4 times the price for maybe slightly more amassing. But why? Really? For $350 I have so much $$ left for other equipment. The sound is great! The picture is Awesome. I love this TV. Thank-you HISENSE for the quality and price of this fine piece of 4K technology. Friends, this is what you get: 4k UHD, HDR-10 compatable, 4 HDMI inputs, 3 USB one of which is USB 3.0. DBX-TV sound, Ethernet port/WiFI. I would put this set up against anything out there within a 1,000$ range. YES you heard me. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Happy Holidays!

I love my new Hisense TV. It has beautiful picture quality and so much features. It was easy to set up. No compalints!

This is the first 4K tv I’ve ever owned I was amazed at the difference in picture and color quality from any other tv I’ve seen. It makes you feel like your right there. You can’t beat the price for the size and quality of this tv I’d compare it to any Sony or Samsung etc... never heard of this brand but they did not disappoint the only thing that would be nice would be more apps since it is a smart tv.

After debating what tv to purchase the gentleman at the store was very helpful in what was of good quality and worth it for the years to come. This was my first tv purchase and it has been good for the size and price I paid. Use it mainly for Netflix, YouTube, and Pandora. Good sound and picture quality. Sometimes it suddenly shuts off and don't know why. Overall happy with my purchase.

This TV is great for people who are on a budget. It was really cheap for a 4K TV. Not only was the quality great and as expected, the TV comes paired with a easy to use and comfortable remote. If you are just looking for cheap, excellent quality 4K HD, this is your TV. If you are looking for a TV with a bunch of apps then this is not your TV. Netflix and Youtube are about the only apps which you will ever use. There are no other apps worth using except maybe Amazon video? Another con is that the YouTube app is really slow and buffers a lot, which is not caused from my wired connection. One last con is that there isn't an app store to download more apps. Every thing is preloaded. So if you are just looking for a cheap TV to watch netflix then look no further! HDMI ports are on the back and on the side, so no need to fear about mounting on the wall. I would recommend this TV!

I bought this to replace a 50" LG 4K that had a circuit board failure at 18 months old leaving it unable to produce a picture. Everyone says to pay more and get an LG or Samsung because they're the best. Well, they're not the best if they fail after 18 months. I wasn't going to pay a premium price just to get burned again so I decided to go more for value and give the Hisense a try. It was on sale for $399.99 and had the specs and features I wanted for much less money than the glamour names. Hisense is not a big brand in the US yet but I often see them advertised on the field boards while watching European soccer matches, and in general the reviews of the brand are reasonably favorable. The set up out of the box was a breeze. Had it up and running in minutes. No problem at all connecting to my router or cable box. Was watching Youtube and using the built in web browser with ease. The remote and settings are very intuitive. The picture and sound are superior to the LG. I watch a lot of sports and there is no "trail" behind the ball with this set. It's very clear. Must be the TruMotion 120. The LG had a similar feature but it was not as effective and there was always a short trail, especially behind a white soccer ball moving on a green field. This one also has a headphone jack that the LG didn't. Overall very satisfied with the initial quality and value. Now if it will just last for a reasonable length of time!

Had a vizio , led lights went out after a year. Bought this TV as a short term replacement with plans to get a bigger one and "more name brand" later. The picture is so good on this tv, that I'm just going to put this one in the bedroom and buy the 65" hisense for the living room

Love this TV for the price. It has excellent picture. My lady friend gets so scared when we watch horror movies on it because the 4k 60hz looks too real !!! I love this TV for my gaming as well.

We were looking for a 50" 4K Ultra HD LED Smart TV and this one was the best bang for the buck! Great picture, can access all my apps and surf the web, easy to set up! Plan to buy more to replace other tvs in house!

Awesome picture quality, and beautiful sound. I did have to trade in my Comcast DVR to the newer X1 model,(no charge), due to the electronics in this TV being too advanced for my 6 month old non X1 DVR. I was tempted to return my TV to the store because I was getting sound feedback from the TV speakers while operating the Comcast remote. But I called Comcast first just in case it was their equipment issue. I was lucky to get a very knowledgeable Comcast tech that raved about this Hisense TV and told me I would be VERY happy if I kept the TV and just swap out my DVR. She was so right! A soundbar is NOT needed because the speakers are very powerful and the sound is outstanding. I truly enjoy watching TV now.

The realistic appearance of people in 4K movies and shows is hard to get used to....so realistic that it's hard not to focus on the details that dont do much to contribute to the experience. Gives you great appreciation for the makeup artists who now must really produce with 4K. The TV has nice features and hooked up effortlessly. The only complaint is trying to figure how to add streaming stations other than the ones they have preprogrammed.
