I have not been disappointed by the quality, and even the basic TV sound quality isn't too bad. I can't figure out HDR however, hence the 4 star.

Geez, was I blown away by the clarity. And the sound from the TV caused me to dump the external speakers from the one it replaced!

So I was able to exchange it for this HiSense 4k ultra hd and I'm in love with this tv. The picture quality is amazing. I highly recommend this tv to anyone.

Yes the remote is basic but I only need it to turn the tv on and off. Have surround sound hooked up so can't comment on the sound from the tv. Good up an coming brand.

They own the Sharp name in the USA and have been using Sharp screens but I think some are now Samsung screens because Sharp stop selling screens to them
