I have to admit that I was skeptical that a TV from this brand, at this price point, would be any good. But I've been more than satisfied with the TV. The color is very rich, the display is bright, and the images are sharp. Set-up was easy. The built-in Roku capabilities are a nice bonus. It's like getting a $50 Roku Stick for free. After several weeks of use, I have no complaints whatsoever about the TV.

This set is a fantastic value for the price that you're paying. It supports 4K HDR and runs on Roku OS, meaning that it has access out of the box to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon Prime Video and more. The setup is a breeze and the look/feel of the TV is more premium than I expected in this price range. While this TV lacks some of the fancier features in high-end 4K TVs (local dimming, high contrast, etc.), it has a great 4K picture and is perfect for casual viewing.

This is an excellent TV. I placed it in my bedroom, and mounted it to the wall. Picture and sound quality is good. The only features that are missing are Bluetooth and being able to connect wireless from my laptop to the TV. Other than that this is an amazing value, and you have to expect to pay a little more to get those other features. Very satisfied with my Hisense TV so far!

This was purchased as a gift, but I still got to do the install and setup. It has a GREAT picture and the remote is super for those who may not like tech. I especially like all the build in apps that may operation a breeze on this unit. If you are looking for a low cost option for a 50 inch HD tv, this is the best one in the store. I've purchased two and haven't been disappointed.

If you wanna save some money and get an excellent picture, this is the Tv for you! This is without a doubt the best 50 inch 4K TV in its class. I would put this TV above the Samsung 7100. You have to step up to a Samsung 8000 series or a QLED to get a good picture from there 4K TVs and end up paying 6-900 bucks. Save yourself time and money and Try the Hisense for $300 you won’t be sorry...The Samsung 4K 7100 or below has a terrible side view and colors wash out foggy white BIG time...it’s awful! 1080P TVs have a better picture. The Hisense has a more natural color and holds its color better than the Samsung. Plus it has Roku built in!

When I went shopping for my wife's birthday present, I dead set on buying Hisense's last year model for around $299,but as I was browsing online, I saw this TV listed as releasing in a couple of days with better features than last years model for $50 dollars more. This is a very nice TV. Great picture quality for budget tv, plus it has HDR and runs the Roku os. If you are looking for a quality tv that doesn't break the bank, then you need to look no further than this set.

I did my research compared similar smart tvs and the Hisense doesn't disappoint. The color is beautiful while the price is lower then the others. The Ruko and update-able apps makes it a convenient and versatile entertainment enjoyment tool. I will buy another for the bedroom.

After a few picture adjustments this TV is great. I love the built-in Roku. It is easy to use and lets me stream Netflix, Hulu Live, and pretty much everything else too. This is my first Hisense, but probably won’t be my last.

A 50" 4K TV with HDR for $279.99? Wow. The contrast is amazing; the images are crystal clear; the sound is fine. It's light enough to move from room to room if needed; and built-in Roku! What's not to like?

Looking for a replacement tv for my Vizio that died suddenly after only 3 years. After tweaking the picture settings, I got a good picture. Set up was easy. The only problem I had was with 1 of the legs would not screw all the way in.

Unbelievable tv for the price. Easy to set up, starts right up out of the box. Picture stunning esp. 4k. The tv downloads updates to the technology, so the product improves with time.

Perfect size, got it for my mom as a mother’s day gift and it’s a simple set up and was a great price! I recommend if you are looking for the perfect size tv for the price point

Awesome picture, plenty of HDMI connections, easy to use, best deal we could find on a TV this big. Took a chance on the brand, but would definitely buy again.

I bought this tv for our living room, I love that it has the apps built into the tv and also the fact that the picture is so clear it looks like you are right there in the picture. I had the same size tv before but it was not a smart tv and it was not a 4k tv. And I have to say those 2 things make all the difference in the world! I would never go back to a non 4k tv. I am very pleased with this buy and aslo with the price, so I would recommend this tv to anyone looking to upgrade their current set.

I'm not a connoisseur of great TVs, so when my 42" Panasonic crashed to the floor during an earthquake two weeks ago, I took advantage of the great deal on this Hisense 50" Smart TV. I am very happy with the quality of the picture when I am sitting in front of it, but must say it washes out a lot when viewed from an angle. I like to watch from the dining table when I'm on my computer and from the kitchen when I'm cooking, so I do notice this a lot so far. This is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. The ease of use and sound quality are great!

Like all things Roku, this television was simple to setup and is easy to use. I’ve become a bit of a fan of Hisense as I’ve seen more of their products. Even on the cheaper models (ie. like this one) there seems to be some attention to detail regarding the overall aesthetic and finish of the design of the TV. This TV looks better than the other brands at this tier. The TV offers nice detail in the picture and the 4K and HDR look pretty good for this price point.

I did a lot of research before buying this TV and I only read good things about it. So my expectations were quite high despite the low price. The performance and quality has surpassed my expectation. Screen is bright, colors are vivid, picture is crisp. Roku interface is amazing and responsive. It’s only been about a month so I can’t comment on the longevity. I was trying to decide between this 50” on sale for $300 or a 55” TCL 4 series for $350. I overall chose this one, due to reviews suggesting the Hisense had a far superior picture. I’m confident I made the right decision.

This TV was recommended by the sales associate. I usually purchase Samsung or LG, so I was a little hesitant with this brand. I went with it because of the price point and was pleasantly surprised. It is very user friendly and the the picture quality is very good. I would say that for the price, this is a great choice if you want a 4K smart tv but don’t want to pay an arm and a leg.

I was looking for a new Roku TV, and I found this one. Nice size, color and sound. It was easy to set up.

Our previous name brand family room tv was going out and needed to be replaced. My husband and I went shopping and decided we would try another brand besides our other well known brand favorite. We love the ease of use and set up was fast. Picture quality is great and I would recommend this television especially if you're budget concious.
